Apartments Villa Dinastija

We had a wonderful stay here in an apartment on the top floor. Absolutely breathtaking views from the terrace which seemed to change by the hour with the different light. Nice walk into Kali where we had a few brilliant meals in a restaurant that floated over the water. Owners were lovely and welcomed us with chilled drinks - which were gratefully received as we had walked from the harbour with our luggage - don't do this unless you have very little luggage or it isn't summer. Make sure you pre-book any taxis or check with the owner when arriving or leaving by ferry. There's a pretty steep walk up a hill to get to the location, but the views make it worthwhile... you can always stop halfway and pet the pretty cats though! Supermarket is about ten minutes walk away and you pass a house where they have hundreds of tortoises outside. Not sure how the usually solitary tortoises feel about having to mill around with loads of their fellow creatures, mind you. Some lovely places to swim close by too - you'll find your perfect spot and the water is gorgeous.

One of the most beautiful villa's (small hotel-like building) with the kindest host there is. Beautiful sea view from our balcony. If I had some criticism it was that our host could only speak French. With some google translate we got everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I have only been here for 1 day out of 2 but as soon as me and my girlfriend walked through the doors it was amazing..just look at this view out of our room double doors! Cannot wait for tomorrow! Pool is great too.. highly recommended 👌

Wonderful views of Zadar from our balcony in room Zara. We had a large comfortable bed in our studio apartment which was equipped with everything we needed. There is a lovely clean pool with plenty of sun loungers and extensive garden areas to sit and relax in. There were also a couple of barbecues. The owners were very helpful and ran us back to the ferry.

Friendly owner, comfy apartment with spectacular view, super swimming pool with its surrounding terraces. A little bit noise from the close road. I would not hesitate to return.

Great view, awesome rooms, nothing but good vibes on the island, and very warm hosts. If i get the chance i will surely visit again!

Très belle villa avec des appartements impeccables avec toutes les commodités. Calme, proche de Preko. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Piscine et ascenseur.
Milan et Régine sont charmants. Très serviables.
Réserver assez tôt pour avoir une location disponible.

Boli sme tu v období od 1.-8.7.2023. Ako väčšia skupina (13 ľudí) sme boli ubytovaní v 3 apartmánoch s neskutočne krásnym vyhladom na Zadar, prístav v Preko, mesto Kali a ostrov Ošljak.
Výhody zhrniem v bodoch: 1. Čistota ubytovania
2. Parkovanie hneď pri vile
3. Výťah
4. Veľmi milí majitelia. Taktiež sa s nimi dalo dohovoriť v rôznych jazykoch a chytali sa aj na slovenčinu.
5. Bazén v areáli
6. Dostupnosť rôznych typov pláží (piesok, kamene - väčšie, menšie; hneď hlboká voda, plytkejšia voda..).
7. Krásne prostredie. P. Lukin sa vzorne stará o okolie vily aj bazén.
8. Samostatná klimatizacia v každej izbe
9. Nastaviteľné vonkajšie žalúzie
10. Možnosť grilovať vo vonkajšom krbe.

Nevýhody:
1. Najväčšia nevýhoda je, že je ubytovanie v kopci, čo ale nemusí byť problém pre ľudí, ktorí majú v pláne sa presúvať autom alebo taxíkom, prip. iným dopravným prostriedkom.
2. Ubytovanie je staršie takže pre náročných môže byť tak trochu retro.
3. Na oknách nie sú sieťky, čo pri väčšom množstve komárov, ktoré prišli každú noc, môže byť bez repelentov v zásuvke problém.
4. Výťah je len vramci ubytovacej časti, t.j. od parkoviska je potrebné sa presunúť po schodoch

Sehr schönes appartement mit allem was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und vor allem Klimaanlage. Besitzer sind beide sehr freundlich und Service orientiert. Nicht weit gelegen von Preko und somit der Fähre. Ziemlich zentral auf der Insel, so daß man in beide Richtungen gut kommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Tischtennisplatte sowie ein riesen Pool unterteilt in Schwimmer und Nichtschwimmerbereich, sowie eine Waschmaschine die man nutzen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.
