Vila Ljubica

Comfortable and clean rooms, lovely hosts who would help with anything we asked. Breakfast was very nice. Located in the very centre of Pakoštane, close to big parking spot. Our room had a big terrace and a perfect view to sea, islands and boats. I would recommend this accommodation anytime.

I would recommend this Villa because several reasons. Owners son Stipe unload car and drove us in near Biograd to save us time to look for parking and picked us up on midnight. Who does that? Owners were so nice and accommodated any special request. Place is clean. Breakfast phenomenal. I felt like home. Definitely going back. You will not regret. Thank you so much for pleasant vacation

Friendly staff, great coffee, delicious breakfast and clean rooms. The view is beautiful and everything is nearby. I definitely recommend :)

Vila Ljubica is right in the centre of Pakostane. Restaurants, bars, fastfood and shops are few steps away.
Sea is about 20m away, but for swimming is recommended to reach an official beach - about 100 meters each side (right/left).

Rooms with seafront balcony provides a beautiful view on the marina and sea.

There is a noise cuased by traffic on Pakostane roundabout, and by locals/tourists returning from bars.

Owner is nice and helpful.
There are toys for children in vila, which we appreciated.

Parking is nearby, however paid during high season.

Didn't stay there, but stepped in for breakfast. Super friendly staff, quick service, excellent breakfast, delicious coffee.

Super miejsce w samym centrum miasteczka mili gospodarze czyste pokoje zmiana ręczników wszystko co potrzebne podadzą.Moze troszke glosna z pobliskich knajpek ale zawsze można zamknąć okno i włączyć klimę jak by to komuś mialo przeszkadzać. Polecam

Tolles Quartier auch zu Saisonende. Gastgeber äußerst nett. Bringen sogar das Frühstück aufs Zimmer. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
