Samograd Bay

Beautiful beach. Hardly anyone there. 2min walk from the car “parking”. No service, so bring your food and drinks if you plan to stay. Very calm and relaxing.

Beach is great and it is not so crowded. You have to park the car and the walk 350 m to the beach. Water is crystal clear. There is not much shadow on this beach. For me, one of the best 5 beaches on Korčula.

The cleanest pebble Beach on Korcula we have found so far - and we have experienced dozens. A short walk through nature and an olive grove can take you to this fantastic, quite hidden bay. Expect some company but no crowd since this location is only approachable through dirt roads: about 4 kms from Raciste or Kneze, almost 10 from Babina.

Astonoshing views, particularly from the water towards the island reward the daring. Enjoy!

I am travelling to Croatia for the last 20 years but this is easily one if the 3 best beaches I have seen. The road is bit bumpy but doable with every car. From the parking lot it's 5min by walk to the bay. At peak time there were around 30 people on the beach. The bay is how you would imagine a "dream beach". Small pebles, clear water and calmness. Must go on Korčula.

Amazing secluded location BUT PLEASE TAKE YOUR OWN RUBBISH HOME!! This is a beach only - there are no toilets, no bins & no cafe. Please treat it like the idyllic and natural place that it is!
However, if you’re an adventurous driver, you can only get here by dirt track (can’t really call it a road) & then it’s a 5 min hike to the beach via another dirt track.
Great place for snorkelling.
I filled a massive bin bag of rubbish at this location (see picture) because I heard some people complain in the reviews there was rubbish which there was. I think some rubbish had been washed up by the sea but other detritus had clearly been left by stupid tourists who have no respect. If we all took a little bit home, this would be a spotless beach 🏝

Beautiful beach with pebbles and clear blue sea and not many people there... The only difficulty is getting there :)... Last 10km of the road is very narrow, with the last 2km being macadam.

For me one of the best beaches in the islands. Wild and nice.

Wonderful wild beach without the crowd of people. Wonderful diving and relaxation. Worse access by car, but it is worth it. I recommend bringing a refrigerator with a food with you because you stay longer than you plan ... ;-)

Small stony beach with clear and still water.
Compared to other beaches the stones are manageable with only a towel to sit on. On the way to the beach you will enjoy a garden full of olives..

First, let me say that the beach is beautiful. Not crowded, and quite long and spacious, with spots of natural shade. Water is crystal clear. But, that is all fine and that's not the reason why I'm giving it a review.

Just wanted to give a huge heads up to anyone interested in coming here - do not, and i repeat DO NOT by any chance try to come here from Babina direction (from west to east), only come from the opposite direction, coming from Korcula town, however longer that trip might be for you.

Because, if you choose to disregard this advice and indeed try to come from the west (with a non-SUV vehicle, at least), be prepared for an 8km of extremely narrow and stressful off-road driving experience, where you will definitely not only scratch your car from the sides, but most probably also have a lot of very intimate encounters with rocks from the underside. So, if that's something you enjoy, by all means go right ahead. :)

Friendly warning: please do not go from Babina side. The road is terrible for 8km and you will end up damaging your parts and/or scratching your car. Do yourself a favor and go from Korcula Old Town direction, regardless of how much time it might take you (even if you’re coming from Vela Luka).

The beach is awesome and totally worth the visit. Secluded, just a few people. Make sure to bring drinks and food as there is no bar or anything.

The best beach on Korcula. Very clean water, similar to Vaja Bay, but there is a better beach and access to the water. Top beach for me.

Unbelievable spot. South side much more interesting by boat than North side of Korcula.

Very nice place, 4 km from Racisce. Can ride with a car. Some parkplaces.

Hidden treasure and most beautiful beach we've been to in Korcula. It seems like you're on the coast of a deserted island. Great snorkeling spot as well.
