Villa Knezevic

Stayed here 2 nights. Lovely relatively new villa which is only about 20 minutes walk away from Entrance 2 to Plitvice Lakes National Park - our reason for staying here. Rooms are a little small but more than adequate. A small fridge acts as a bedside table so the intermittent noise may annoy light sleepers. The towels are changed daily which I think is overkill in these environmentally aware times. There are no coffee facilities in each room but there are several communal ones located in the corridors. Service is good and the staff are very, very friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the breakfast facilities but were kindly given a couple of cereal bowls and spoons on request. An extremely nice touch was giving us a packed lunch on the day of our departure. Would definitely recommend.

Very quiet place. Lots of parking space inside. Nice rooms. Lovely staff that preapered takeaway breakfast even though we didn't have the breakfast included. There is Italian restaurant just in front with amazing pizzas.

I stayed at Villa Knezevic and I had a fantastic experience
- The location is amazing, just 3 mins walk from the bus stop (all Flixbus buses stop there). And the villa is 20 mins easy walk to the entrance 2 of the national park. There is also a nice restaurant right opposite the villa :)
- Staying at Villa Knezevic was like staying with family. The staff was so nice and helpful throughout. They even packed me lunch which came in very handy during the long walks in the national park
- They were flexible with the check-in timings (I told them before that I'd arrive late and they made arrangements accordingly). Also, they allowed me to keep my luggage at the reception after the checkout
- They have breakfast for 10€ in the morning. They have many different options of bread, meat, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit etc. I really enjoyed the breakfast
- The rooms are nice and clean. They are equipped with both heating and Air Conditioning.

One of the most awesome stays.Clean rooms/bathrooms. Nice view. Beautiful looking villa. But no kettle in the room. The hostess was very kind and gave all sorts of practical info. She made coffee for us in the afternoon after we had just checked in and since it was raining and very cold we couldn't go out. They run a pizzeria also nearby with great pizzas.
The flix bus from plitvicine to Zagreb/split stops at Mukinje Village bus stop which is not written anywhere. That's a local arrangement.
It is a 2 km walk to entrance 2 of plitvicine park, from the villa, through a forest which was mostly flat. Couldn't find any other means to reach the entrance. There are no other means of transportation between the two entrance of the park except maybe taxi. However we couldn't find one.

We spent 2 nights here to visit the plitvice lakes and this accommodation was very clean and cosy. The service was extremely nice and helped with many other - also local problems. After leaving we even got a lunch bag. If required, you can also buy breakfast for 10€/ day.

Great and beautiful place! If you compare for price, there was everything what you needed. And service was sweet and flexible. They also gave us snack, when we went hiking, although we didn’t ask for that. Huge recommend!

Great little place convenient for entrance 2 to Plitvice NP. Rooms are a little on the small side but you're probably not staying more than a day or two. Breakfast is extra but pretty good, if you ask them it'll probably be ready for 7:00 so you can enjoy it before walking up for first ticket entry.
Opposite is Bistro Vucnica for a pretty reasonable meal at a good price. Parking, if you ask, whilst you visit the park which is about 20 mins walk.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Plivička Jezera. Rooms are small, but they have AC. Towels are changed every day. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and you can have cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, fresh bread and local cheese and much more. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In case you have questions (transportation, accomodation or just important tips) do not hesitate to ask the staff. They will do all to help you.

Beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with a packed lunch for our onward journey. There is a lovely garden to relax in and a great choice of buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable with good air conditioning. The villa is located just a short walk from the bus station (for buses to Zadar, Split and Zagreb) and a short walk through beautiful forest to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. The park is a must-see and one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Breathtakingly beautiful! I highly recommend staying here.

We had such a pleasant stay in the villa! Everything was amazing! First of all, I wanna share that the place was very, very clean. It was spotless! Second, the room was very good, the bed was so comfortable.

The location of the place is perfect because you have an access to the Plitvice Lakes by foot - you don't have to call a taxi or anything, you can go there by foot, it is a 20 min walk. There is one restaurant right opposite the place, so if you are hungry after the long walk of the national park, you can eat a delicious pizza right opposite Villa Knezevic. Another good thing about the location is that there is a bus stop very close to the villa, where you can take FlixBus to Zadar, Zagreb or Split.

The people working in the villa are sooo kind and helpful. Thank you a lot for everything!

Nice staff, clean and modern rooms. Breakfast is medium. The apartman is in a separate house very spacey and clean. Bathroom is appropriate. Air conditioned, kitchen is fully equipped even a dish washer machine is installed.

That’s an excellent choice to book.. this is what we call value for money.. great location and excellent breakfast ( we had breakfast at a 4star hotel the day before and if at Villas Knezevic was by far better)

Lovely B&B, within walking distance of Plitvicka Lakes, offering comfortable rooms and huge breakfast.
