House Boro Hotel

Lovely place. Rooms are cosy and they have central heating. The place is perfect if your plan is to go to the lakes of the national park.

Breakfast costs 10 euros and is open buffet with a continental breakfast. They also serve dinner for 20 euros and its a sort of menu with a starter, main course, desert and coffee.

Quite place, nice room with garden view. Hosts were very cool. They offer breakfast (chargeable) and free car parking.

We had a lovely stay here! Perfectly situated for exploring the national park, and the host recommended a good route for us to take with our six year old. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner delicious, and the garden is perfect for relaxing after a day trekking through the spectacularly scenic lakes and waterfalls.

The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful.
We arrived at 10am, check in was only available in the afternoon, as everywhere else, they kept our luggage, so we could start our hiking. When we returned, the luggage was already in our room.
Beautiful outdoor areas, with tables, chairs, hammocks, swings and a deck.
In the evening they even wanshed and dried our clothes for a great price, only 5 euros. It was all ready in 3 hours.
Requested to use the microwave, no problem, they've done that for us...

The people of House Boro are the kindest hosts I have ever met. They gave us advice on where to stay and not to stay during our Croatia road trip and made sure we would get good food when we went to a nearby restaurant. The dinner they prepare themselves is amazing, very tasty! 😍 Breakfast too! The apartment has everything you need, except for a small fridge. Luckily the hosts were kind enough to let us use their fridge! The apartment is just a 5 minute drive from the Plitvice National Park. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting the park!

The stay at House Boro was great, we absolutely loved it! The hosts are lovely and kind, and took great care of us, and ensured that we felt pleasant and like at home. Food was deicious, with breakfast buffet which I recommend taking before going on a hike. We took dinner as well, since there are not many restaurants in the near, and we were deighted with the food and ambient offered here. Rooms are clean, luminous and comfortable with cozy beds and wonderful views. The park is not far away as well, it took us around 25 minutes to walk to there through local villages. Overall, it was my first time here and I will be returning in the future

You feel in this hotel you are by your lovely uncle home! You will be welcomed with a big smile from the owner and a glass of vodka or a glass of wine home made. He will take a tour for you around and will give you all the advises you may need.
The rooms are very clean and big enough for a small 3 stars hotel. It's just few meter far from the amazing national park Plitvicka Jezera. And the breakfast is very good; you will get as well whatever you like, if you wish something that they doesn't have it, then just wait a little bit and they will bring it to you from their home! Without any doubt I recommend it to everyone who plan to visit the national park of Plitvicka Jezera.

The overall impression about House Boro is phenomenal, and is a go-to place for me and my friends. Starting off with rooms, that are clean and cozy, make you feel like at home, and not staying at some uptight hotel. Food is outstanding, breakfast is freshly made and dinner portions are generous. Hosts are very kind and insightful, willing to make your stay at House Boro lovely and worth of remembering. The house is near the National Park and is in walking distance of the Enterance 2, taking around 30 minutes through scenic villages (host recommended us not to use the main road, which was a great idea). Also, remember to book tickets prior to coming to the Park at least twl days before the date you want to come

We stayed here only one night but we had a great experience. The owners here are really nice. They let us check in late and once we were leaving they even gave us a lift to the nearby bus station. The lakes are a short walk from the house. Recommend

Very good private accommodation for visitors to Plitvička jezera. Great, friendly service. Close to the lakes but in a quiet, peaceful location away from the tourist groups. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean, domestic cuisine, host was amazing and gave us dozens of advices, and place is three minutes from the lakes. 10/10
