I have used Carwitz car rental on many occasions and have always had excellent experiences. Polite, fast, well organized and their cars are in good condition. I particularly like the full tank policy, which makes returning the car easier and fairer.

5 ⭐ Experience from Start to Finish. I have rented several dozen cars during international travels and by far, my experience with CARWIZ was unlike any other. No pressure, no stress, no up-sells to larger vehicles, no surprises with mileage, add-one, etc. Straight up customer service, consistency and honesty paired with incredible value. My initial contact was with Robert in the Rijeka office. He greeted me, listened carefully to my plan and needs, repeated my key points, then started lining up a car and a contract. I had shopped around with other agencies prior to my visit and the pricing was a better value overall, yet Robert was able to save me a few hundred dollars more by extending my rental for another day (activating a month-long contract, a huge savings, included border crossing fees, included insurance, and plenty of mileage). I was thrilled with the offer and kept asking questions to try and figure out what “the catch” was on the deal. Long and short, there wasn’t one. Upon picking up the car the following day, I also met the Rijeka office manager, Marin Božić. Just as friendly and earnest as Robert and again, no pressure with up-sells. I even had the pleasure of meeting Marin’s family over coffee at a cafe as they offered appreciated suggestions for stops/visits along my journey. Nice as can be. Upon returning the car at a different location (Zagreb), I found the same friendly, efficient, no-nonsense approach from that office as well. A thorough examination of the car without incident. Each and every detail presented to me with the initial contract was true and the extra benefits with the car rental were actually used and appreciated (i.e. waived border crossing fees for Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina). We had a great experience with CarWiz. The car we rented as great and at a very affordable price.
Everyone was really nice and helpful and told us they were available 24/7.

As we told when we delivered the car, the only improvement we suggested, would be to have a backup "battery for the car key" inside the car.
We were lucky as the key ran out of battery and we couldn't turn on the car, but we found one to buy nearby.
However, I must say, before finding out the problem we called CarWiz and they were always helpful and gave us many solutions in that moment so that we wouldn't lose time on our trip (we were impressed! ). Luckily we did not need it, but was good to know they had our backs, (even thou we were pretty far away from Rijeka)!
Everything ran smoothly, so it is a deserved 5 star review.

Fast service in perfect English. Very affordable. The car was a brand new hybrid Toyota. Note that the office has moved about 50 meters from where it's on the Google map. It's after the Corto Maltese Café.

I contacted them about drop off details as I was driving from another city. They were kind and responsive. It was at the parking garage Zagrad. The staff came to fetch the car (eventhough we couldn’t find the parking spot we were supposed to drop the car at) and it was efficient as we were new to the town. I would definitely recommend these guys.

The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from both the bus and train stations. The cars are always in top condition, clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and seamless. Their prices are also very competitive, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a car rental. I highly recommend Carwiz to anyone in Rijeka.

Unfortunately, due to a personal situation, we had to cancel the reservation, but the staff was so kind that they fully helped us in the cancellation process to our mutual satisfaction.
We would definitely reccomend them and for sure if needed in the future we will rent a car with them.

Affordable prices, car was quite new, very clean, with AC, service is excellent. The only thing is that pick up was on Sunday and it took an hour longer because of clients before me took a long time. It would be better if there were two agents instead of only one. Anyway, I will use this agency again. Highly recommend!

We rented a car from Split to Rijeka. We even got a free upgrade, as we booked the smallest car available but got an mid sized SUV.
The car was fairly new and in good condition.
Overall all employees were incredible friendly and spoke English very well!

Very friendly service in English. We had taken out total protected insurance. Lucky for us as we managed to damage the door in a narrow curve. Everything was covered by the insurance and we were not charged anything extra. It would have been expensive otherwise. I fully recommend this very professional company.

This was the best experience I've ever had with rental cars. They were a standout when it came to price comparison, which can sometimes raise doubts or questions. But with Carwiz in Rijeka is was the complete opposite. They were enormously helpful, the process of picking the car up was seamless yet thorough.
