Pomoć djetetu bez problema, simpatična gospođa doktorica uspjela se sporazumjeti na engleskom. Lijepo je što se ovako odnosite prema svojim pacijentima.

Dopust na Hvaru. Šli smo na pohod do ene jame. Padla sem na glavo. Prvo pomoč so mi nudili na urgenci v Jelsi (17.7.2021). Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno, razumevajoče in hitro so ukrepali. S helikopterjem so me odpeljali v UKC Split. V Ljubljani so mi po naključju s CT glave odkrili benigni meningeom. Po operaciji sedaj okrevam. Hvala vsem, ki so mi na urgenci v Jelsi pomagali. Pojechalismy z dzieckiem - obsluga znacznie szybsza i sprawniejsza niz w niejednej przychodni w Pl po umowieniu wizyty. Pielegniarka mowila po angielsku, lekarz po francusku wiec mozna bez problemu sie dogadac. Istotne jest zeby miec karte EKUZ. Jezeli czegos nie wiadomo miejscowi chwtnie pomoga i wytlumacza.

Velmi příjemný personál. Skvělá komunikace v angličtině.

It's a local urgent clinic, if that. Locals took advantage of the fact I didn't know Croatian. There are signs on the doors in Croatian only. Look for the one with the time when you are there and sit in the chairs in front of it noting your place in line. Do not move!! Be aggressive when the nurse calls for the next person as she won't care who answers and no one keeps track. If it sounds like "next" it is! I waited two hours to be told I needed x-rays in Hvar Town the following morning - three locals jumped ahead of me because I didn't speak up. The nurse spoke only a little English. It's the first time I've been unimpressed in Croatia.

Doktori su dobri ali ne znam zašto im toliko dugo treba za obradu pacijenata? Nije da je baš svaki pacijent s otvorenim prelomom ili teškim stanjem pa da obrada traje čitavu vjećnost.

Severely understaffed. If they’re out on a call you have to wait for them to return.

In our particular case it was even worse because when they returned the staff didn’t even want to take a look at my wife because they were “overwhelmed” ( there were 3 people total waiting to get checked ) and the kicker was that if my wife wanted to get medical attention we can wait because “you are with a small child”???? I can’t believe I actually need to write this but usually when a patient comes in with a year and a half old kid they get prioritized…
