Wymieniałem euro, kurs lepszy niż w kantorze. Pomocny Pan ochroniarz, natomiast Pani w okienku oschła i służbowa. Dlatego 4 gwiazdki. Ogólnie polecam.👍

Osoblje jako ljubazno ali radno vrijeme loše. Pogotovo nije dobro što banka ne radi subotom.

Was just in PBZ to get money in Kuna. I was then asked from employee to get my money from the ATM in an unfriendly manner. On my explanation that the last time at the machine too high fees would be incurred, the course 1 € -> 6.8 Kuna would be, it was said that my German house bank would charge the fees. But this is definitely not true. According to this, it costs about 40€ (for 2000 Kuna) to withdraw money here, of which 4€ was charged by my house bank and the rest by the PBZ.

Man wird als Kunde unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt. Erinnert an vergangene kommunistische Zeiten. Sehr schade, passt nicht zum übrigen Erscheinungsbild von Primosten.
