Konoba Lanterna

Delicious fish platter with fries, green beans, potatoes, bread and beautiful sea views. We enjoyed the food very much, fish was fresh and flavoursome. We would definitely come back here next time.

Moored here for dinner and breakfast. Owner helped with lines and was very accommodating. Electricity and water available. Starters were delicious, carbonara portion was generous. Steak was cooked perfectly. ~£30 a head for a big meal with drinks. Breakfast was great, good coffee and pancakes excellent. View from the restaurant across the bay is stunning.

Asked about the fresh fish and they brought out a platter with 5 different fish recently caught for me to choose from. I chose a medium sized fish and it was perfectly grilled and surrounded by an incredible assortment of vegetables. Some people may not like this, but we sat next to the ocean and two cats sat near us during our meal. They were beautiful cats, not at all annoying, but appreciative of a few fish bones. The food and wine were incredible, but the view and the cats really added to the experience for us. Highly recommend.

Arrived by boat, owner kindly helped us with mooring in front of the restaurant, fresh fish & shrimp, mussels were taken from the sea in front of us. There is also possibility to fill up water and electricity for the boat. Overall great experience!

I visited this tavern again these days and was greeted with the same quality as a few years ago - fresh fish (the owner also catches fish) excellently prepared. The location right next to the sea is unbeatable, as is the overall atmosphere.

We had fish platter for 2. Food was amazing and owner was very kind and shared couple of useful tips about food and island Mljet in general. Great experience all together.

We were advised that the restaurant next is better so we went next door first. It was great and we went back again. But then we decided to give this place a chance and make our own opinion. We had grill octopus and a freshly caught fish they had that day. It was great. Different, delicious, really good. If you have the time, give it a chance and let the nice waitress maybe recommend you something.

We had an amazing dinner here. We visit out of season and the owner had the best fresh fish for us. It was really tasty. I would highly suggest the place

The fish platter for $350 kuna is exceptional. Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. You get 3 full fish, fries, fava beans, and potatoes. More than enough for two hungry people. It was so good I came back and had the platter again!

Great food and sooo polite and friendly people. We moored the boat right next to the restaurant and spent a night there (water and electicity to the boat we received from the owners).
We had a wonderful dinner with seafood and bery testy lokal wine and super breakfadt with omlette.
We will be back next summer! 🤗

The host allowed us to moor our sailing boat, refill water and electricity (ca. 170 kn) and arranged a taxi to the Odyseus cave even without eating there. Thanks.
