If you like Cafe Nero you will like Augusto, very smooth Italian coffee in a bustling little side street where people watching is the order of the day. It gets busy but tables turn pretty quickly. They also have a fantastic selection of freshly pressed juices which my son was enamored with and apparently the pastries are to die for.

We were in Rovinj for 3 days and had our breakfast there each day. They have amazing cinnamon buns and coffees which they serve with pleasant and kind service. Don't miss it if you're in Istria!

We stumbled upon this beautiful little "third wave" coffee shop just by accident as we already gave up on searching for something like this in this stunning city. It's easy to miss but once found you'll find a place where they serve various drinks - hot and cold - all focused on coffee. It's small and invites you to stay and loose time as you watch them serving fine coffee. The people here are very friendly but not pushy.

As a Singapore home barista I was super excited to find this place. Excellent specialty coffee place with nice ceramic unique mugs. They do not just look good but The flat whites are evenly extracted, not bitter not sour. Totally love it. Highly recommended. Service is excellent and friendly too.

Started my day here everyday while I was in Rovinj with a cup of cortado with oat milk & an egg sandwich. Adorable place with one of the best coffees I had in Croatia.

Perfectly nestled in a tiny alley with inside and outdoor seating, it keeps you nicely cool. The iced coffee was perfect and the fika / cinnamon bun a delightful treat.
Service was super nice and quick as well, truly a gem of a coffee spot!

Do not expect newly furnished modern coffee bar, however...
Crew is nice and coffee really good.
Btw, if Augusto's menu does not satisfy your taste, round the corner is cake shop. :)

A perfect little spot for vegans, too, with options like plant-based focciacia and iced matcha latte with oat milk. Lovely atmosphere and super friendly service, totally recommended.

This cafe contained a perfect transition from the morning into day. The setting of the narrow alley with the organic colors and healthy minimal breakfast options was excellent. We look forward to frequenting this location during our time in Rovinj.

I got this recommendation when I was in Zagreb in another really good coffee shop. They didn’t exaggerate when they said it’s the best place for coffee in Istria. I have been only for 2 days in Rovinj but always had to come back to my favorite place. Met so many nice people, the service was amazing and very kind. The coffee was served in beautiful cups, and tasted extremely good. Also they had the brand Oatly for the Oat milk ❤❤❤. If you love coffee and people you need to sit down at Augusto Coffee Shop.

This is the best cafe in town, the freshest orange juice, pastries and sandwiches. The have vegan sándwiches too. Now, let me get to the coffee, they have flat whites for starters (Australians rejoice) and they have oat milk (cows rejoice). The coffee is absolutely superb. It's tucked away in an alleyway, but once you find it, you'll never forget how to get here. Don't miss out on the best coffee in rovinj. Highly recommend.

I was on vacation and found an amazing coffee shop with friendly and experienced staff. I got a colombian geisha v60 filter with balanced acidity and a long sweet finish. Delicate clean flavor notes. It was an unusual and pleasant experience to enjoy a great speciality coffee in the middle of a beautiful Croatian town. It's a magical place
