What a great room ! free secure parking, right across the beach and a short walk to the old town, restaurants & shops.
The host was very accommodating, the room is very clean and comfortable , with air conditioning. The host also had great apartments for longer stays , this property is fully renovated

Well worth staying here if you can get in !

I recommend with a good heart
We spent 5 days at Villa Rossella 2 Eufemia studio. The location of the house is unique and wonderful, we had a window directly overlooking the harbour. In front of us 10 meters from the sea, within a few meters 3 restaurants and a supermarket. The studio was on the first floor. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning works. We had a dog, also with is - well accepted. We could keep the car in the closed courtyard. This is a big word in Rovinj where there is a fight for every parking space. There was good and friendly communication with the host and also with Rovinj Advisor.

My wife and I stayed in the bottom apartment for 2 people.
It is very nice, clean, with A/C, fridge and strategically well located. I don't even mention the cable TV because if you travel to a place like this and want to watch TV you are doing something wrong :-) If you are flexible and you want to walk for a quick swim you are about 15Min. away from the rocks right in town town or like it was for us with a dog and the big construction going on, we had to walk 1 straight hour to the dog beach. Forget about that.
The apartment is perfect for sightseeing the old town, shopping, taking a boat trip and hit countless good restaurants or bars.

Booked it last minute, good clean room, stayed one night, we had a parking, it's next to restaurant but we heard no noise or music, fast communication with host

Buono, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, ma senza doverne subire la confusione. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, parcheggio su strada solo a pagamento (se anziché andare alle macchinette su strada fate un salto dalla ragazza che ha il noleggio bici all'angolo dove inizia il centro, accanto al bar, potrete pagare esattamente per il tempo che vi serve, e senza bisogno degli spicci...). Prezzi non economici, ma ci siamo stati a ferragosto

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Tolle Aussicht. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind allerdings sehr schlecht. Man kann vorab beim Gastgeber allerdings einen Parkplatz gegen eine Gebühr reservieren. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl.

Bydlela jsem ve žlutém apartmánu pro dva. Pokoj byl čistý, vybavený TV, klimatizací a funkční WiFi. Na pláž i do historického centra to bylo asi 10 min. Platit jsme mohli cash i kartou. Velká spokojenost!😊
Jediná nevýhoda je, že dveře nepřiléhají a ráno nás dost budili sousedi a jejich pes...
