A lovely experience from beginning to end. The hosts are lovely, engaging and attentive. The food made by Daniela’s mom was probably the best meal I had in all of Croatia. They allow you to take food from breakfast for your day in the park. A family owned property, if you’re lucky you’ll get to see the pets that live there :). If I’m ever lucky enough to go back- I will 1000% stay there! About a 15-20 minute walk from the quieter entrance 3 of the park, where you can go against the crowds.

We came for one day visit to the lakes, and the place couldnt be better, very pleasent host who helped us with everything, rooms are super clean and cozy, location is amazing (only 10 minutes from lakes), and dinner was out of this world, lamb especially. Would recommend to anyone coming to the lakes.

The hotel is beautiful. Peacefully set in the forest, it has quiet, well furnished and sizeable rooms. Dinner was excellent. Really close to the lakes. Highly recommended

It was just perfect in every way! We arrived on Easter Sunday and were warmly welcomed by Miriam. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an AMAZING Easter feast at the house prepared by Miriam and her lovely parents. She took the time to explain the best way to see the park, provided us with maps, and was helpful in answering any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. We were even provided bags to pack our own lunches for our day in the park. 10 out of 5 stars! Great value! Great location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great, clean and calm place in the middle of the forest..Daniela is a super host, speaks fluent English and gives you great tips and take care of your needs..breakfast with local Fritule was an highlight..and you get extra to pack lunch..Awesome experience..😊🙋🏻‍♀👍

The whole set up is great. The owners live on the property, and directed us to the P3 gate for our boat ride, super convenient to walk. The food options were excellent. Parking right on the property. Good wifi connection. All in all, a great place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice National Park.

To the park, just trust me and pick this place. Go for the dinner and breakfast they serve, it was fantastic! Mother and daughter team welcome you, house you, and feed you like family! Try to stay more than One night as the setting is extremely peaceful, restful, and a great pause in the middle of your trip.

The Pansion Breza exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights here, arriving late afternoon after a long drive - with an hour to spare before (the optional) dinner was served. Serving size was extremely generous, especially for the grilled meat choice. The two dinners and (included) breakfasts were excellent. There was enough sliced meat and cheese plus bread at breakfast to pack two small lunches for later in the day. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Our hostess (the owner's daughter) was friendly and gracious. The closeness of the awesome National Park was why we chose this place. We were very pleased with our choice!

Absolutely loved this place! Stayed just one night in July, but wish we'd stayed longer. Great location if you want to enter the park through auxiliary entrance 3. Family owned and run, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing with plenty of space and a nice bathroom too. There are beautiful grounds with chairs to sit and relax and there is a dining area with the option to purchase an inexpensive, delicious dinner and/or breakfast. Can't beat it!

Beautiful place within a short walk of the park, ideal location to stay for a night or two when you are in the area. Excellent value for rooms, dinner was a little expensive but it's tasty and preferable to driving to town just to save €10. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty, clean, lovely property. Quiet room with the basic amenities, very close to the parks. The real gem here was the dinner we were served - it was fabulous, easy, and delicious! Would come back here for the dinner if we ever came back to the park. Note that breakfasts are not included and are quite expensive. The trip here is a little treacherous if you are driving yourself, be careful as your navigator may send you down dirt roads, as opposed to paved ones.

After a long journey me and my mates went to relax here. The place was absolutely tranquil, service could not be any better and so close to the lakes gave the whole experience a true 5 star feeling.

Great stay, located inside the park with real countryside charm. Be sure to get the food, delicious homestyle cooking. The owner/hostess was amazing as well. We'll be back :)

Great place almost in the national park. We would stay here again if in the area.

Lovely place to stay to see Plitwice lakes. It is very close to the park and at the hotel you will receive a lot of useful tips. The owners are super friendly, it is a real family business. The food in the restaurant was amazing, best we experienced in Croatia.

Perfect location right next of one of the entrances of Plitvice lakes National park where you can easily park your car for free.
The room was perfect, nice welcome with all the informations we needed for our day in the park. We highly recommend to have diner and breakfast there. Diner was just amazing, 4 courses meal for a great price, same for the copious breakfast! Beautiful and peaceful place in Croatian countryside!

What a great place to stay! The host is such a sweet and thoughtful lady. She gave us some direction on what to do in the park and was even nice enough to give us food for lunch that day as we hiked ! The food is excellent....one of the best meals we had in Croatia and such huge portions. Room was super nice and clean (looked brand new). Price was well worth is and was so close to the entrance

Thoroughly recommend Breza rooms. The people are welcoming, the rooms are lovely and clean with well appointed bathrooms, the gardens are gorgeous with heaps of places to relax and the food is very good. Just be prepared for lashings of it. Local and yummy and at breakfast they provide you with the makings of a sandwich to take on your walk for lunch. They actually sell tickets to the national park here and you can enter through the P3 side gate and do a massive walk around the upper and lower lakes that includes a boat and bus ride and some of the most spectacular views we have ever seen. Absolutely wonderful.

Nice clean big rooms, and the food is amazing. The portions are HUGE. If you get the breakfast, they will give you bread and meat to make sandwiches so you can take with you for your hike through the park. Very friendly hosts!

Great place to stay for one or more nights. The whole place looks impeccable, host Daniela and her family are the best. Great travel advise, food is Fantastic, rooms are cozy and clean, the setting of the complex is just stunning, hanging flower baskets loaded with bloom, and magnificent beautiful gardens, with comfy outdoor seating. Plenty of guests parking. At night the place looks a picture, landscapeing and lighting are tastefully done, looks beautiful by day and night. In one word this place comes highly recommended. If i had the chance, i would give it a rating of 10 out of 5 . Thanks for your hospitality Daniela and family, marvellous job.
