Green Garden House

Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. Great location at the opposite end of the park from where the mass tourists arrive. We stayed in a 4-person apartment in one of the renovated original buildings and found everything to be in great condition - except for the wifi that was practically non-existing in the room.

Tip for visiting the park: get your park entry pass the day before (the hotel can help) and go real early (6-7am) or late in the afternoon (after 4pm). In between the place is a tourist nightmare as they let way too many people into the park. Official opening hours for the park is 8am but if you have your pass you can go whenever you want.

Geweldige locatie om de plitvice meren te bezoeken. Prachtig hotel, mooie kamers, goed restaurant en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel bevindt zich op een paar honderd meter van de ingang van de meren.
