There is a bridge to the island of Krk, you don't have to pay for the ferry. 4 different types of villas located in a beautiful garden close to the sea. Very quiet surroundings. Dog friendly. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a terrace, and its own parking space. Take your sunbeds to the beach if you don't want to rent them. A small town with many restaurants is about 3 minutes walk, with a nice little harbor, beautiful sunsets. The beaches are both pebbly with gradual entry into the sea, and concrete. Shop and bakery in the campsite next.

We, 5 of us, stayed in house for 6 during 3 nights. The surroundings was beautiful. Grass was freshly cut. The atmosfere was really good, the nights were quiet, and whole camp was beautifully illuminated.
The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very well equiped, there was lots of towels. It was early spring, so we used air conditioning for heating.
We had breakfast in nearby hotel, which was very good.
Whole capm is situated near sea and few walking minutes away from city centre.
Recommendation!

Aminess Gaia Green Villas is a very nicely located resort. The villas are very tastefully decorated and the service is excellent! Around the resort you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation, inviting beaches, great restaurants and lots of nature! An absolute recommendation for an unforgettable vacation on Krk.

All in all we were very satisfied.
Staff is very friendly, lots of trees, quiet, parking near to house, houses are clean.

The kitchen equipment was sufficient for our needs (water boiler, microwave, coffe machine, 2 hotplates but no oven, knives, dishes, ...).

On the downside you have to walk approx. 10 min. to the next bakery and also to the kids pool, which is located on the campsite and you can use for free.

There are many people on the beach across the street.

There are lots of nice restaurants a footwalk away and also Krk's main road is not far, so you can make trips on the island.

I stayed at the Pinus Villa’s. Very well used space, great big terrace with a view, inside everything was functional, industrial design which is perfect to the eye. The kitchen was small but fully equipped, all that you need for combined breakfast at home and lunch somewhere in the nearby restaurants. The Villa’s are located among trees and nice vegetation but just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I felt secluded still very close to the main events in the middle of Njivice. The resort is new and with private access so one can feel safe. The staff cleans every third day and brings new supplies of linens and towels. In the complex there is a clean and new kid’s playground with everyday activities. In 10 minutes walk there’s another even bigger and better kid’s playground with pool that visitors can use all day. The employees on the reception are available and helpful until 10 pm. We got a list with activities like boat trips, safari, bike rentals etc., and they are happy to arrange everything for you. Parking is available right near your accommodation, cable TV and Wi-fi functions great.
Loved every day I stayed there. Following is a view at the sea just 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Very nice beach-villa-resort, 4 different types of villas. We (couple with 3,5 y old child) stayed 20 days in villa type “Olea”. Everything is new, clean with enough space and very friendly team, from the reception to the cleaning crew. You can find mini-golf and children’s playgrounds along the sea-side. The water is clean, azure blue, refreshing. Delicious food (Dry age steak, fish plates), our favorite, Bourbon Grill with rooftop-terrace. Bakery, pharmacy & small supermarket is 5 minutes away, not 20 minutes like described by a “guest”. Side-note: it is a stony beach, not a sand beach. I cannot understand people who rated this beautiful location with less than 4 stars. I can only guess that they are satisfied with almost nothing.

Very good! We have been here twice, every time in the end of October. We loved it. The place is quiet and tidy with all essentials. The staff is very friendly and loves to help. We also got a free villa upgrade. If you like not so crowded places I highly recommend you visit this place out of season.

We just spent the best 3 days at the resort - location, staff, services - everything is excellent!
The green villas are a perfect getaway from the city life, you really get to experience the nature in all its beauty.
Hope to return there soon!

Separate villas in former forest. They let the biggest trees, son in few years, it will be much greener. The accommodation is nice, the kitchen is small, I would appreciate better equipped kitchen, but for 1 week it was good.

I have just came back from a wonderful holidays at Aminess Gaia Green Villas. Everything went great, the location is fantastic, all you need is very close, beach, restaurants, shop, town center etc. We stayed at Villa Pinius and I definitely recommend it, well-located and well-equipped. The staff at Gaia Green Villas is very helpful and extremely polite. Greetings to whole Aminess Gaia Green Villas team.

Very nice rooms, minimalist design. 2-stage air conditioning. Lot of space for clothes. Rooms are clean with entire kitchena and all the stuff.

Beautiful villas, stunning location, well kept grounds, great staff, wonderful beach - perfect in many ways.

This was one of the most beautiful weekends we spent outside the high season! Beautiful accommodation, excellent service, friendly staff...

Villa was great, spacious and clean. Not far from the beach, quiet atmosphere, nearby there is a playground for kids. Great choice for family vacations.

I hoped for a relax time and I got what I hoped for. Don't order breakfast it's not worth. But overall is awesome. Rooms very cool even when outside is 37 celcius.

very good and modern accomodation, nice design, enough privacy, super close to the beach, super Kid and dog friendly. very warm staff as well.
