Brand new accommodation with a 3 floor house with a spacious apartments with a balconies. Every guest has an access to the rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor where you can grab a sun chair and get a tan. Shower can be taken on the rooftop.
Walking distance to the Slanica sandy beach.

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of Oct whilst we were working on our boat at the marina. There were 2 of us and they gave us 2 keys. We had an apartment which was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Bed was comfy. The hot shower was great - perfect pressure. WiFi was strong (I had to work a bit whilst there). Hosts were friendly. Very easy to get to and walkable to the grocery store, old Murter or any hike. I noticed that they offer help with site seeing activities but we did not partake as we were in town to work and it was off-season. Nina was exceptionally helpful and was able to track down a hardware/marine store that I needed.

We are planning to stay here again next month for 3 weeks as we come back to work in the marina and look forward to our stay.

Just Perfect!

Fajne miejsce na wakacje - blisko plazy, sklepy, starówka, widok na morze i marine, siłownia, basen, taras. Super pomoc z wodowaniem skutera wodnego, pomoc w marinie i wszystko sprawne i ogarnięte.

Na minus to klima tylko w kuchni - sypialnia mega gorąco oraz słaby wi-fi - do pracy trzeba było hot spot z komórki.

Pani z recepcji - Nina - bezbłędna - ogrania wszystko :)

Appartamenti nuovissimi bellissimi e pulitissimi. In centro, con vista panoramica e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla più bella spiaggia dell' isola. Idromassaggio sul tetto, palestra e bar nella struttura. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.... c'è anche un orto da cui prendere le spezie per la cucina

Absolut zu empfehlen, sehr zuvorkommemder und netter Inhaber bzw. tolle Inhaberfamilie, haben sich um alles reizend gekümmert. Sehr sauber und moderne, gute Ausstattung. Zwar ist ein Strand direkt vor der Tür, es lohnt sich aber 10 Min zu Fuß zum Strand mit Felsen zu laufen. Supermarkt ebenfalls 1 Min entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Pokoje i apartamenty bardzo komfortowe. Apartament 2 pokojowy, z balkonem. Na dachu jakuzzi. Na dole siłownia oraz masaże. Na dworze miejsce do zjedzenia pysznej rybki przyrządzonej przez gospodarza oraz basen. Nie daleko do pięknych plaż na całej wyspie i Konzuma.

Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber & modernes Bad & gute und geräumige Küche (etwas schade dass ohne Geschirrspüler) & schattiger Parkplatz mit Videoüberwachung & sehr freundliche Gastgeber & Whirlpool auf der Dach-Terrasse ... wunderbar auch am späten Abend bei Sternenhimmel & tolle Lage - ruhig aber nah zu allem was wir hier wertschätzen & herzlichen Dank für rundum sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt (Ende September, Zimmer #7)!

Bili smo u apartmanu sa pogledom na more.Apartman uredan čist.teretana dobro opremljena..na krovu zgrade terasa sa lježaljkama garniturom za sjedenje.a gore jacuzzi i tuš savršeni.Vlasnici jako jako dobri ljudi.Vani je lijepi bazen u kojem su moje cure uživale.veliki natkriveni parking.blizina gradske plaže je minuta hodanja slanica je 7 minuta pješke.Bilo nam je lijepo
Plačati je najbolje u kunama.

Super schönes Haus.Modern.Der Besitzer und seine Tochter auch die Söhne sehr nett.Die Dachterrasse war das Highlight.
