Villa Seven Lakes

I stayed at the villa in May/June 2023 for 2 weeks with my family. The villa has everything a big family can dream of to make the stay memorable. It has a big pool that is heated, rooftop Jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball, cinema, ping-pong table, bicycles etc. The age range in our group was from 7 to 73 years old and everyone could find something to occupy them while staying in the villa. The host, Vladimir, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was to book a rafting trip, a massage at the villa, table at a restaurant or slow boat tour, Vladimir helped us with every detail to make our trip memorable. The villa is located in a beautiful area and has everything you could ask for – I highly recommend it!

I was there in June 2022 with a big group of total 15 persons for 2 weeks. 8x adults and 7x kids (aged 7 - 18 years). What a Villa! It has everything you can dream of, tennis court, basketball, jacuzzi, swimming pool, cinema, TVs, outdoor kitchen, ping-pong and more games in the garage. In basement you can find billiard table, gym, wine cellar and more. Fully functional Airconditions in all rooms. Multiple bathrooms all over the house and even outside!. The host, Vladimir, was very helpful and friendly, ready to help you make the stay as perfect as possible. He helped us to book a photographer, have a chef visit us to cook dinners in the Villa, massage in Villa, book rafting tour and he gave us many advise during the stay. He is very easy to talk with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this Villa for big groups of up to 15x persons.

Stayed as a family including grandchildren. Excellent facilities. Spent a lot of time in the pool. Children's play area, tennis court and Gym.
15 minutes from supermarket.
Our host Vladimir was extremely helpful and arranged catered meals (easier than mass trip to restuarant) and also sorted Taxis from split ( as there were 15 of us!) and to beach.
Stunning views and peacefully area but close enough to Imotski Town for shopping.

This villa has everything you will ever need on holiday. Vlad was always there to ask questions before we arrived and he went above and beyond to ensure that he could be as much help as possible. The villa is stunning and they have really shown attention to detail. The rooms all have air conditioning and are perfect sizes. The villa is clean and has some breathtaking views over the mountains and valley. The jacuzzi was incredible and we loved to sit in it and look at the views of the hills. We were a family of 13 with a mixture of younger and older children. The football table and table tennis were a real hit and the tennis court allowed for some grown up competition. We also loved the bocce and swimming pool, along with the playground and trampoline. There was a bbq room and a lovely outdoor seating area. The pool table also allowed for some fun competition. My brothers used the bikes to explore the countryside and it was a real escape from the chaos of home life/work. We picked fresh peppers, tomatoes, courgettes and cucumber for our evening meals and there was a fantastic white water rafting experience a stones throw away. I will definitely be returning. We had an amazing time at Vladimir’s villa which provided all that you could possibly want for a fantastic family holiday. We loved all the wonderful facilities and also enjoyed visiting the beautiful coastline most days. Vladimir is an exceptional host who responds to your needs immediately and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We did not want to leave but it was made easier by the fact that we will be returning next year to enjoy everything once again. I never write reviews but I made an exception for this one!

Review of seven lakes villa

Villa
The villa is absoutly amazing, dream villa, everything and more you would need or want can be found at seven lakes, modern design with small details giving it a homely feel. My personal favourites is the sauna, makes a great start to the day, the bbq hut is amazing, is a whole another kitchen in the villa and makes preparing food much easier for large groups, its also great for relaxing area, just to soak in the views with a fire burning in the background. There is so much to do within the property to entertain, from the snooker table, hottub, mountain bikes, table tennis, swimming pool, the list is endless to be honest. Above all these amazing things to do, nothing compares to views from the villa, snowy to mountains in the background, calming lake, and lush green lands.

Location
About an hour from the airport, quite simply to get to, we rented a car to make getting around easier. The beach from the villa is about 40 mins, and Makarska is must if you’re staying here. 2 large markets are 10 mins away by car, which is quite convenient.

HOST OF THE YEAR! in all honesty, Vladmir was amazing before I even reached the villa, any queries i had was answered within minutes. He ensured everything i needed before and during the trip was sorted out to perfection. His friendly attitude and williness to help wherever he can made my holiday trip go a long way, and brought more comfort in the villa, which made it feel very much homely.

Heaven on the earth! Congratulations for hospitality. We are comming back again in spring just we are going to bring more friends.

Við stórfjölskyldan áttum dásmlegt frí í Króatíu í þessu geggjaða húsi, Villa Seven Lakes. Aðstaðan var til fyrirmyndar og allir fjölskyldumeðilimir nutu sín í botm. Tennisvöllurinn, sundlaugin, bíósalurinn o.s.frv., allt upp á tíu! Munum klárlega koma hingað aftur. Vladimir (Valdimar) fær okkar bestu meðmæli, hann reddaði ljósmyndara, kokki, nuddurum og öllu sem okkur datt í hug og var okkur innan handar alla daga.
