I recently had the pleasure of dining at Forketa restaurant, a place with amazing food and great ambient. The standouts were definitely blue risotto with parmesan ice cream and Homemade black cappeletti filled with prawns. These are innovative twists on classic dishes that left me eager to return and try other stuff from the menu. Special kudos to the chef and the entire team for delivering an exceptional and unforgettable meal.
If you are around, a visit to this place is a must!

Blue risotto for recommendation! Also black capeleti was really tasty. Nice location with great food! Have never ate specialites like these! We found out that the chef was Masterchef candidate last year, wow!

Excellent food! First time this week I had decent vegetarian food. The people with beef and truffles definitely had real and good truffles and it was served nicely. Unfortunately I was too hungry to take a picture, but the dessert was great too: pancakes with ice cream inside and warm cherries. Definitely would recommend.

lovely atmosphere , friendly and helpful staff. The coctail was one of the best i ever had. Filled sardines were amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great price for the quality of food and the fact it's on an island. Beef was perfect and tasteful. Chocolate lava cake was amazing as well. It is a very cosy place worth visiting. My favourite on this island.

The personnel was very friendly and quick despite that fact the restaurant was full at the time.
The food looked and smelled delicious. Gnocchi ai quattro formagi was a great, tasty choice for a dinner. The portion wasn't very big, however, I was absolutely full after I finished the meal. And 10€ seems like a fair price to me, too.

After that we also decided to go for a lava cake and oh my, what a sweet desert it was. With a bit of jam and vanilla ice cream on the side, me and my significant other had a great time at the restaurant.

To anyone who comes to this lovely city Sali, don't forget to visit this wonderful place. And leave at least a small tip - those waitresses work really hard and they deserve it ;)

(The only thing I would like to pinpoint as a small minus - there is no information about how big the portions are. You'll know after the meal arrives at the table - Not small portions at all :))

The restaurants location may be the best one in Sali, the staff is very helpfull and friendly, definitely the best dish I ever had.

We had the best time at Forketa, we came 2 days in the row and we will definitely come back. The food was really delicious, especially the fish plate. Thank you Mija for super nice service!
