Hula Hula Hvar - Beach Bar & Restaurant

We stopped here for lunch on a whim on our way back from swimming and it was one of the best meals we have had in Croatia. The view was amazing, the food delicious, and the service friendly and attentive. We had drinks, the Bau Buns with Shrimp and the Green Cave Risotto. The risotto was unlike anything we have ever tasted so we asked our server about it. He brought out the manager and the chef, Amar, who told us the ingredients and how he made it. Then Amar brought us a dessert that he made for us as a gift. It was a truly memorable meal and a memorable experience. Thank you Hula Hula Hvar!!

It is about one km from harbour. You just can't miss this place when in Hvar. We went around 7 pm before sunset and it was crazy. The music, crowd and ambience everything was terrific. Just go and enjoy.

Had a great day here - expensive but made up by the vibe. We rented some sunbeds by the water, arrived at around 10am and had free picking (40€ PP). Food was decent, nothing special. Cocktails were quite good and made properly. Cash only, though the nearby ATM had no fees given you don't accept the conversion. Beautiful sunset. Becomes a party at sunset time once the yacht crew arrives

Delicious cocktails (The Godfather made just for me) beautiful sea view and the friendliest staff(George) My friends and I were truly made to feel special. Must go to HHH Bar for Happy Hour!

We had a fantastic afternoon here. Service was excellent, food was decent and the music was spot on.

Ok it's very expensive but you're paying for where you are. Sometimes you just have to go with it.

Would strongly recommend booking in advance, especially if part of a group.

Busy busy beach bar vibes. Drinks, pumping music, lots of cool young things if you like that scene and want some loud fun with drinks. Looks like the main place to be for sundowners!

Hula Hula is probably the most popular and talked about beach club at Hvar and it lives up to its reputation ! The club is designed at multiple levels as it is on a rocky sea side, but the execution is excellent. The place was absolutely packed and rocking ! Great crowd and ambience ! A must visit!

Amazing sunset and cool beach bar. We came off season so it wasn’t super busy. Drinks and food is average, and a little overpriced. However with that sunset and vibe it’s an amazing experience - if visiting Hvar definitely must go!

Great setting and music. Staff are friendly and service is good. Food is well prepared and reasonably priced. Actually, food is good value. Drinks are a ton ch on the pricey side, but you’re paying for a fabulous setting to enjoy them.

One of my favorite spots in Croatia, and such a sick sunset spot.
One of my favorite locations in all of Europe. It’s right on the water, cool design, amazing DJs and sound system and beautiful people.
Will definitely be back when I’m next in Europe.

Rented kayaks from there. It was easy, good price and loads of fun. Highly recommend.

One thing to note the wine seemed to be disproportionately expensive - the cheapest bottle was €75, other beach clubs in hvar have wines for ~€30-40 - so if you're not a cocktail/beer drinker I'd probably go somewhere else!

Absolutely loved it there, I felt as if I was in Ibiza! Great music, vibes and all. Food is good too. Book in advance during European summer time. Rent a boat if you can, sailing around Hvar it is so dreamy!

Fun and busy beach club. If you are looking for an all day spot with a sun lounge go early as they are in high demand. If you want the drink and dance vibe, head on down around 6pm. Ok cocktails- hula hula is the best and all at Havr prices. A great place to chill in the afternoon and then get your night started with some early dancing.
