I was a guest before in the old hotel before renovation. This is a whole new experience. I loved the interior. They have a liquid soap and a body cream in the bathroom. Everything is great. My only objection is that you don't have privacy in the bathroom because of the glass door. The food is excellent, very delicious, and has a
great variety.

This hotel was beautiful, so many things for guests to do right on sight. I had a facial here and it was amazing. Food was great, room was nice and service was pleasant. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's in Pula.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The location is very beautiful. We had a pleasant experience with the service, which was friendly and customer-oriented through the stay. There is a possibility to stay at the local beach, where its really nice and comfortable. The food was truly outstanding with an enormous variety and good quality. We also liked that it was not too oily, contrary to how its often the case in Hotel buffets.
Compared to other offers in the region, the price was fair and we got good value.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful scenery. Nice rooms, lovely service and great food. The perfect end to a great vacation in Croatia.
Can especially recommend Luna Bar & Lounge - sitting at the terrace gives you a great view and the cocktails are superb (they even make you custom ones based on your preferences).

Would definitely come back here again.

Pros:
We spend a few days and have perfect weather. The hotel offers perfect service, food (both breakfast and dinner) and beautiful surroundings.

Overall we had a great, amazing time there.
However, location and parking is little tricky.
For the size of the area and the fact that the whole place basically consists of several hotels and dozens and dozens of apartments, there is definitely not enough parking. So, once you find a parking, leave the car :). There are buses going to Pula and all, to many places you can walk and taxi services are available too.
Rooms were nice and big, showers amazingly big, their body lotion products also amazing. All staff was super friendly.

However, I will add one huge negative.
Price of the dinner buffet in the hotel and what you get for it.
Dinner buffet costs 32 EUR per person and it is not worth paying.
Food was bad, most of it was cold and if you found two tasty things in there you were lucky.
They made up for this a little by the cake section for dinners - that was big and great.

On the other note - breakfasts were super cool. Many options for eggs, including omelette to your liking, selection cheese&ham+salami, gluten-free friendly options, lactose intolerant guests will have many things to choose from.
Their pastry / sweet section for breakfast was great.

To the food options - if you do not have half board booked, there is more than enough restaurant's in the area. And you will pay less per person than for the hotel dinner.

3 nighst there was a program for kiddos too. Adults definitely had fun there too - dancing and singing along :).

There are two pools with salty water. One indoor and one outdoor.
The outdoor one had a sun beds available but that was if you didn't come after 8.30am. Some guests, every morning, left the towels there, went for breakfast and came back later. Pool staff was trying to educate them but we know how it is when people do not want to listen.

When you are in this hotel go and have a drink in the lobby bar. Prices are good and they do make a nice drinks ;).
And again, staff everywhere in the hotel is super nice and friendly.

Definitely recommend this hotel for your vacation.
We are definitely coming back ourselves.

Brilliant location. Short walk to multiple beaches. 10 minute taxi ride into the Old Town. Large outdoor and indoor pool. Has a few shops and restaurants in the vicinity which are handy. Plenty to do including a sports club on the complex. The whole area is very clean. Would definitely come back!

The room I stayed in is spacious, has a nice tv, and a very modern showeroom. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, a solid 10/10. Great balcony views and very close to pula so its well connected. I liked the breakfast and dinner service they offer.

Really good hotel, the Marina wing where we stayed appears to be in better nick than the main building but didn't see inside those rooms.

Couple of minor niggles with the room but service has been very good indeed and would definitely recommend. Great location and easy access to Pula city.

A great resort with all facilities nearby.
Location: Nice location close to water and beaches.
Rooms: We booked premium room in main hotel building and room was great. Mini fridge could be large in size. Central AC (set at 21-22C). Although in the room you can lower the temperature but in my case it didn’t go down and remained at central temperature.
Breakfast: Breakfast was great with multiple option to eat. Plenty of spaces inside and outside.
Dinner: Oksh Buffet dinner (we didn’t book half board) You have multiple options to eat but quality is below average than a restaurant (costs ca 32€ pp excl. drink). I will prefer to eat outside.
Kids facilities: A2 recreation area for kids was great. You can even leave your kid for day care if kid is 4+ years. Lot of activities for the kids to keep them busy for couple of hours.
Pools: inside and outdoor swimming pool (both sea water).
Fitness and wellness: Small gym but enough for exercise. Great wellness.

This is possibly the best Hotel i have been in Croatia until now. Stayed here in 2020, i plan on returning here after bad experience in other hotels! Great food, amazing staff, amazing place too.

The hotel has a perfect location with beautiful views. The rooms are very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The wellness & spa area is lovely, you can choose from several treatments and massages, mani-pedi and even hairdresser. The staff is very nice and helpful. The sauna area is small but well maintained, and additionally there is a heated 25m long indoor pool filled with seawater. The overall experience was excellent!
I had no chance to try the outdoor pool yet, since I was staying in April. I definitely have to come back!

We recently stayed here recently and had a lovely time. The buffet is very decent for breakfast but for dinner, if I'm honest I'd have enough of it by the third night. The food is all well presented and cooked I just wasn't hugely enthused by it. I'm not a huge fan of buffets anyway so bear that in mind. Its a difficult thing for a hotel.to get right, you will never please everyone and I certainly didn't starve, the salad was well prepared and fresh, and the cleanliness was not in question. Some feedback from me would be to roll the dice a bit. Pick a couple of things and go with them for evening choice rather than doing a bit of everything.

The room was immaculate, a good size, all usual and necessary amenities including elemis soap, body wash and shampoo, Netflix access on the TV, a beautiful balcony with a nice garden view with plenty of space.

Sunbeds at the pool can be hit and miss, no need to get up at 6am to reserve one however dont leave it too long after breakfast. What was good to see, on our last full day we saw the girls from the pool bar explaining to people leaving towels behind that after an hour they would be taken away which I think is fair enough. The view from the pool is incredible, pool is saltwater and is not heated but who wants an outdoor pool to feel like a bath.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Istria

One of the best hotels which we had visited in terms of service level and restaurant. Very friendly and ready to help staff. Histrian dinners were wonderful, breakfasts on the terrace were amazing, excellent assortment and sea view. Highly recommended)

The best breakfast I ever had. Friendly and nice staff, clean rooms, maintained surroundings. Try to avoid the rooms above the main entrance, it is very loud all day long by the machines from the roof.

We have come back today from a week holiday. I give it 9/10. I have knocked 1 point off for the sunloungers. Most of them need replacing/repairing as when you're laid or sat on them they aren't comfortable. The area where your bum is, it's very saggy with no support, from probably a good few years of use.
The staff are attentive, and the food is plentiful and delicious with excellent variety. Elemis toiletries are in rooms and public toilets. In your room, there's Elemis hair & body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash & hand & body lotion, all smelling devine.
All public areas are clean and well looked after. I would say the only area that is let down is the actual hotel building, it looks really run down and old, this is not a reflection of the inside.
We used the gym each morning, this is open 24/7. Use your key to access it, there are toilets and showers down there, sweat towels, drinking water, and all air conditioned. There's free weights, treadmills, bike, and gym equipment.
All in all, a great holiday, we won't be going back just due to personal taste, we enjoy walking and hiking and found not any hikes to go on ( that's the only reason)

Amazing! We had a wonderful stay 18.-19. September 2022, the stuff at reception was incredible! Beautiful hotel! Amazing room, spa, restaurant, great breakfast ( the biggest I have ever seen and I travel a lot). I would like to say a big thanks to the hotel stuff! They provided amazing service! We will come back soon!
