Recogimos el coche en el aeropuerto de Zagreb y lo devolvimos en el aeropuerto de Dubrovnik, 8 dias después. La entrega fue correcta, incluso nos la adelantaron media hora ya que el avion llego con antelación. El coche correcto, con medio deposito y sucio por fuera, pero por lo demás muy bien. En Dubrovnik nos lo recogió una chica muy atenta. El nivel de carburante lo dejamos tal y como lo recogimos e incluso lo devolvimos limpio porque llovió mucho la noche anterior. Mi experiencia ha sido positiva. Volveria a alquilar con ellos.

I had an awful experience with this car rental company during my recent trip to Zagreb on December 29, 2023. Despite having a booking for 8 pm and informing them about a flight cancellation that made us a few minutes late, there was no one at the counter to check us in. Numerous calls to the provided number went unanswered, leaving us stranded without a car in the middle of the night.

The following day, when attempting to collect the car and express our dissatisfaction, the staff didn't even offer an apology. We were informed to collect the car that day, but once again, there was no one at the counter upon our arrival. They cited sickness as the reason, showing a lack of professionalism and leaving us without any alternative.

This was not the first time we encountered such issues with this company, as a similar situation occurred a year ago. Unfortunately, it seems like an ongoing problem. The lack of apology, rude staff, and overall shocking experience led us to rent a car from another company on the spot, incurring additional, extremely expensive costs.

In summary, I strongly advise avoiding this company. The combination of unresponsive service, lack of accountability, and recurring issues makes it an unreliable choice for car rentals. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more dependable option.
