Ai Pini Medulin Resort

We spent 5 days at apartment with children at ages 4 and 7. Everything was according to description we read on host's guides.
Location is very good, close to centre and beach. During our visit there was very quiet. Without any loudly noises caused by environment or other visitors.
Apartment was clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable, air conditioners were placed at both rooms.
Kitchenette was equipped according our needs. Terrace was very nice. Only one point for improvement is the small sofa at living room. It is very used, maybe it is near of it's life time.

We warmly recommend Au Pini, if we visit next time Medulin we will book our accommodation there.

Great 10 days stay at Ai Pini apartments. Check in is at the hotel Arena, 1000m walk (if you have problems with card during night, you have to go there, during day, every problem is solved by Ai Pini crew, only have to call to reception.
Aparments are very clean, enough space, big balcony. Changing of sheets and towels once after 3 days :-)
Parking 5-50 meters from doors. Outside lot of space for football...

Beer at Medulin: Craft beer shop at center!
The best beaches at Kamenjak, 30min by car, but good beaches everywhere.
Pula 20 min by car...

Very nice and clean apartments. Great for family holidays. Relatively close to the beach. Guests from apartments are allowed to visit swimming pool at the close hotel.

Great location for the price. Large, comfortable apartments close to the beach. Paying the extra charge for airconditioning is advisory, however.

Clean rooms, well equipped kitchenette, parking place inside, close to the beach and located in a peaceful area. Liked it!

Gli appartamenti sono comodi, puliti e posizionati benissimo, sia rispetto alle spiagge, sia rispetto alle vie dei negozi. Inoltre sono collocati in una bella pineta, tranquilla e silenziosa. Il noleggio di lettini ed ombrellone è possibile a prezzi molto contenuti (10 euro al giorno per ombrellone e due lettini). Consigliatissimo

A hely jól megközelíthető, a bejelentkezés gyors volt.
Kiságyat kértünk, 10 perc múlva az apartmanban volt.
A lakás felszereltsége tökéletes, semmi nem hiányzik.
2 napja nagyon meleg van, a páratartalom nagyon magas, de mivel mindkét szobában légkondi van, így elviselhető.
Az árak magasak kivétel az üzemanyag. Disel 1,51 euró.

Az Arena Holiday Hotelbe való bejelentkezéskor kedvesen fogadtak,és elmondtak minden hasznos tudnivalót,majd a kártyák átadásakor útbaigazítást kaptunk az apartmanunkhoz(külön térképen is jelölve). A szobák felszereltek,tágasak. A törölközőket 3napot cserélik. Közel a kavicsos és homokos part,illetve a pezsgő sétáló rész is.

Árnyékos parkolási lehetőség a fenyőfák alatt, de számítani kell a gyanta csöpögésre. Tágas, jól felszerelt: mikro. Kétféle kávéfőző, nagyon jó hűtő és fagyasztó, minden szobában légkondicionálás egyénileg beállítható hömérsékletre. Zuhany fülke kicsi, testesebb ember nem fér bele. Hatalmas, fedett terasz, ruhaszáritoval.

"comodamente" distante dal centro, strada principale abbastanza lontana da non creare disturbo con il traffico.pacheggio privato con scheda, bene l'aria condizionata.se fosse stata presente una lavatrice sarebbe stato il massimo. Utile la possibilità di usufruire della piscina dell'hotel.

Appartamenti puliti, ordinati, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo fermati 2 settimane ad agosto, 2 adulti e 2 bimbi. Cambio asciugamanti e pulizie fatte spesso e senza ordine prestabilito di giorni, a volte ogni 2g, a volte dopo 4, ma comunque molto spesso!! Nulla da dire! L'auto la parcheggi dentro il resort, a due passi dall'appartamento. Casa fresca, mai acceso l' aria condizionata ad agosto. Ampio terrazzo che si affaccia sulla pineta del resort dove abbiam potuto vedere un paio di volte gli scoiattoli! 15minuti a piedi per arrivare al primo lido, 20 minuti per arrivare alla parte con sabbia. Spesso siamo andati in piscina all'Arena, ma le sdraio sempre occupate! Forse il personale dovrebbe evitare questo metodo, prenotare dalla mattina le sdraio in piscina e quindi renderle inaccessibili ad altre persone, per poi usarle magari nel tardo pomeriggio. Animazione per bambini in hotel inesistente. Rispetto ad altri posti in cui siamo stati, non è stato organizzato nulla per coinvolgere i bambini, praticamente tutti i pomeriggi disegno. Quindi 5stelle per Ai Pini, dovecsicuramente torneremo, 3 per Hotel Arena!

Je suis déjà venu ici l'année dernière et je suis revenu cette année pour y retrouver toutes les sensations.
Mission accomplie, que du bonheur.
