Ribarska Koliba - Stella Adria Villa

Wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment. We had booked a superior apartment and requested the upper floor, although this was not able to be confirmed until 2 weeks before the arrival date. On arrival we discovered that we not only had a large balcony overlooking the pool, a second large balcony on the side of the building, and also the whole roof terrace for our sole use! We had wonderful views of the harbour, marina and sea, not to mention the amazing sunsets. The rest of the apartment was of a high standard, having modern decor, and quality appliances and furniture. The AC was effective, but unfortunately there is non in the second bedroom - the only negative. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops, and the bus stop is across the road (buses to Pula go a few times a day, so you have to be a bit organised, but are cheap and efficient). Ubers and taxis are reasonably priced too.
Be aware that you need to check in at the hotel then come to the apartment. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport to their check in, then on to the apartment. Being connected to the hotel is an added bonus - they could not do enough for us, from arranging travel, providing bike hire, answering questions and supplying little things we needed. We didn't have the time to try the hotel restaurant, but there is a discount for guests. It looks lovely.
Housekeeping is provided more often than you really need. We had a problem with a shutter, and hotel maintenance staff came the next day to fix it. All staff were friendly and courteous, and speak excellent English.
I agree with one earlier review about it not being obvious which apartment is which when you book, as there are photos of all of them on the hotel website. We were lucky, and would ask for the same apartment if we returned, which we intend to do.

Мы здесь живём. И в этой спальне спим))... И нам нравиться! Для отдыха с детьми - замечательно! 4 шага - комплексная спортивная площадка и детский городок. Пять шагов - пляж, как специально для детей, кафе для завтраков, мороженщица и бар для родителей)... променад вдоль всей луки (залива)... При этом в аппартаментах свой большой бассейн. В общем, всё замечательно. Планируем жить здесь всё лето))...
