Kantun Caffe

The best ice cream we ate in Makarska and even along the Croatian coast. Strawberry and chocolate are my favourite and they really taste natural! And waiters are nice and affable. Highly recommend this place.

If you are coming to Makarska, make it your mission to stop and have ice cream here. The best gelato I have ever tasted (and I have tasted my fair share) with the flavours out of this world. The best thing, it is actually home made and tastes like it. Just stunning. The location is great, on the corner of the town's main square and Riva with gorgeous views and people watching. True gelato connoisseurs will be in heaven here and will appreciate the freshly made treats with real ingredients (no artificial flavourings, fillers, thickeners, nasties here). The owners and staff are super friendly, too, and don't cut corners but take true pride in creating amazing products and a special, charming place to enjoy them in. Hard to pick a favourite, but do try smokva/badem (fig/almond) flavour, it will knock your socks off! Thank you Kantun Caffe ❤ you are a rarity and one to treasure, wish more businesses were artisans like you who care more about quality than quick money!

This place definitely has the best Ice cream for miles around. Creamy homemade and fresh, it is simply amazing. The owner Mladen was soft spoken and very friendly. Awesome place, totally recommend it.

The ice cream here tastes great!! Most importantly (from my point of view), they serve “pola-pola” - one scoop, two tastes. For some reason (read greed), this is a long forgotten habit, not only in Makarska, but the whole Makarska riviera. 5 stars for Kantun caffe!

Extremely delicate homemade ice cream. Every flavor is very distinctly tasteable. Not only best ice cream in town, but best ice cream I ever tasted in all of Croatia!

Tolle Bedienung, bestes Eis und super Preise. Wir waren dort öfter und waren jedes Mal begeistert.

Divno mjesto za popit kavu . U centru Makarske a opet imaš privatnost i mir. Sladoled( ustvari gelato) je priča za sebe. Vrijedne ruke vlasnice ga rade svaki dan tako da uvijek imate homemade friški sladoled. Namirnice su prirodne i nećete pogriješiti. Preukusno i za svaku pohvalu. Ako volite voćne onda predlažem od jagode( radi se baš od jagode-sorbet) a ako ste fan kremastih onda nešto naše mediteransko smokva i badem. ❤ Predivni i ljubazni domaćini.
