Absolutely amazing services. Whatever you ask they do anything what they can to solve that. The Hotel is clean, well equipped. The Spa is nex to the Hotel what ypu can achieve through a closed corridor. The Hotel's restaurant is brilliant day by day. Animators are available for children every day with different programs. We have been going there every year for 3 years so I can only recommend it.

I had an issue with air conditioning but the hotel attended the next day, food in breakfast is the same every day nevertheless there's a lot of options

We had a really great time with our one year old child thanks to all the play rooms and other kid-friendly amenities both in the hotel and the spa area. Both dining areas were very well served and comfortable. There were only a couple downsides to our stay here - one of them being that most of the staff doesn't speak English. The other downside was the "kids disco" on one of the evenings, which was too loud and lasted well over 10 pm.

I would recommend anyone to come here. The service is superb, the food very tasty and beer was also very good. The rooms are perfect - clean and roomy. The view was also good. Also, unlimited access to the spa is included in the price. The spa was also amazing - warm water, even in the evening.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. When we arrived there was a slight misunderstanding, the reception’s system showed that we cancelled our reservation (which was not the case), but this issue got quickly and professionally handled, we got our room which was in a perfect condition. The food is simply amazing, very tasty and has a huge selection of all kinds (traditional hungarian and international dishes, healthy stuff, great soups and desserts) of goods. The hotel has easy access to the water park which is amazing, every generation can find a suitable activity. We really enjoyed the slides and the wave pool. All in all, strongly recomended!!! And for sure, we will go back.

Short family holiday and perfect stay... Nice room with enough space (family room). Room was clean and prepared for us. Dinner and breakfast was perfect- many choices and taste good. Swimming area is connected through tunnel and is big and children ready (children pools and toys).

Very good hotel. Nice rooms, equipment, delicious food, a lot of services. A little bit expensive, but it is worth it. Here is a lot of people, so some furniture can be threadbared but anyway clean and well designed. We enjoyed our stay. I can recommend.
