Novotel Szeged

Novotel Szeged is located close the city center, about 10 minutes walking distance from the main square.
You are basically located at the bank of the river Tisza. From our balcony we had a stunning view over the city center, Dóm, Belvárosi híd and the river.

The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people, there was enough space to store our luggage and clothes in the wardrobes.

Staff is friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out.

We were first time at Szeged and Novotel was the best place to choose for staying. With their helpfulness, kindness it was a great time with no struggle.

Great view, very comfortable, nice and clean room. It's well located, near city center. We stayed with a baby, without a problem. There is a playground for kids. Breakfast was delicious and wide choice of food. We enjoyed our stay.

Very satisfied with service, breakfast, and especially with the children play room. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfort. Our staying was fantastic!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I had such a good sleep. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They made me relaxed and welcome.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, the location is amazing, and the staff is always ready to assist you. Thanks to the young man at the reception, we visited some of the most delicious restaurants in our lives, namely John Bull Pub. :)

Well located, great view, new furniture, parking - everything was exceptional - best quality/price ratio

To be honest just went there for a stop. Service team incredible. Though arriving late took care of everything. Location is awesome. Pity we stayed short. Our cat (is allowed for small uplift) loved the place!

It is a decent value for money hotel overall with great views over the city and Tisza river from the higher floors. The renovated rooms are generally good, but the bathrooms are lacking place to pack and ventillation is not so great. The breakfast has a relatively large variety of options.

Very nice hotel! Everyone from the personnel is responsible and wears masks. The room was clean in general, a little dated. The restaurant was very very good! We ordered goulash , mushrooms pasta, wiener schnitzel. We expected small portions as it was a hotel restaurant. On the contrary, the portions were really big. Water, bread and butter was on the house.
We were with EV Tesla model 3 and we're able to charge during the night. I definitely recommend Novotel Szeged!

The outside of the Novotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the rooms have a well-designed, new interior with individual AC and small balcony with river view. We staid for a week and didn't miss anything. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and next time we are in Szeged we happily check back in.

For the price we paid I would of liked a little more chose of the food. The food was great but for supper I would of like to see something on the grill.

I had an excellent stay in Novotel Szeged. The reception staff was really nice and helpful, my room was clean and renovated. I also had a beautiful view to Tisza river from my balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, they offered a wide variety of food and beverages.
I am glad a stayed here and for sure going to return!

Polite staffs, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast.

Great location. Good rooms despite junior suites which are quite old. Breakfast is well done. Parking is Problem during holiday season. No reservation possible for garage or parking spaces. First come first serve only. Stay is recommended 👌.
