Froggies Divers Bunaken

A must stay in Bunaken.
We enjoyed a week in Bunaken at Froggies and we had a perfect time there.
The atmosphere is chill and easy going.
The staff is super friendly and professional, the food is super good and varied. The bungalows are spacious, clean and with electricity 24/7, hot water and AC.
The managers Kamil and Claudia are amazing, always available to help and organizing the dives and other activities if you're not diving.
The area is just spectacular for diving, so rich in corals and sea life.
I took some diving courses and the instructor and staff are super professional and nice, which makes the courses super interesting and rich.
Conclusion : definitely the place to stay for a good atmosphere and wonderful diving experience !!!

Bunaken is the place to be for diving! So many animals under water, unbelievable! Bunaken doesn't have perfect white beaches but the underwater life makes up for it. Froggies was a lovely place to stay. The staff is great, very helpful, play music all the time, and the food they prepare is delicious. I can highly recommend to stay there.

Bunaken is a very special place. Diving is mostly (though not exclusively) wall diving, with plenty of great reefs. So it makes sense that most people combine a few days here with Lembeh, where the diving is completely different.

As far as Froggies goes, it's a great place. For me, the perfect balance of comfort and real local experience. I don't want to be given hamburgers and lasagna, but I do appreciate air conditioning and a fully functional bathroom.

Food was included in our stay and a great feature. All meals are very balanced, varied and delicious. Local cuisine, but nothing that might scare off conservative eaters. They were also flexible with any dietary requirements or requests, though in our case it wasn't necessary as we loved every bite!

The accommodation is lovely. Wooden cabins with all the amenities I would expect, but conserving a local charm. Anything we needed was swiftly provided by both the management and local staff who were eager to please.

Now for the diving, which for me is by far the most important part. There is no risk of overstating how good a guide Eric is if what you want is to find tiny and camouflaged critters. It's incredible how he can find a tiny transparent shrimp with no torch, but he does! As far as conditions go,we had just about no currents, great visibility, tons of varied sea life. Dives were suited to our preferences, and were never rushed,with dives averaging 60 minutes.

So in summary, can't really go wrong with these guys, when I return to Bunaken I will definitely book with Froggies.

A secluded paradise with stunning nature sceneries and top notch service. Although exclusive enough, don't expect a fancy resort kind of place, this place is not suited for beach life and cocktails. People are here for the diving and snorkelling and this gives a certain kinship between guests and a collective vibe. The guests dive together, eat together on fixed times and hang out together. The relaxed and easy-going staff contributes to this atmosphere.

Outstanding resort on a quiet beach. Food is simple but good quality, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Stable wifi everywhere. Good and experienced dive guides with great service. Note that tap water is salt water for the entire island.

Best homestay in Bunaken. A perfect mix between professionalism (instructors and local divemaster) and a relax atmosphere. Good food, nice accomodations and a smiling staff. Added to the mesmerizing dive spots of the island, you are very close to the best diving week available in indonesia - live-on-board excepted. If you plan to do some courses (open water advance water or else) ask for Sandra, a multinlingual dive instructor. The best out !!!!

a good place for diving

Piękne położenie, komfortowo wyposażone domki, bardzo dobre jedzenie, bardzo czysto. Sprzęt do nurkowania zadbany, sprawny, przepiękne rafy w zasięgu ręki. Robiłam tu kurs PADI Open Water. Świetna instruktorka, w przejrzysty sposób potrafiła wyjaśnić wszelkie zagadnienia. Kurs był prowadzony profesjonalnie z zachowaniem wszelkich zasad bezpieczeństwa. Serdecznie polecam!

Tempat ini berada di pulau bunaken yg merupakan rumah parah pencinta diving.
Yg menarik di tempat ini adalah tampilan depannya yang di jadikan tempat foto bagi para turis atau pengunjung pulau bunakan.
Susunan perahu tua yang berbaris dan di tata dengan indah menjadikan sebuah karya seni yang indah, terlihat indah tapi tidak mewah.

Mantaap..layanan dan Viewnya apalagi jika diving. Wou keren taman dan biota lautnya!
