The Village Bunaken Resort

A beautiful piece of paradise. Vivid and her team were very welcoming and saw to all our needs. The food was great as well, vegetarian, pescetarian... You name it.

Special thanks to Yori and his crew for showing us fantastic dive sites an for taking care of us above and below the water! Would definitely come back!

The atmosphere was really relaxed. From travel mode,we could really switch towards relaxing.
The staff (Fi, the singing lady's and helpers on the boat) are really nice and helpful with a lot of humor. Just for Fi we would come back😉
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Everyone worked hard to keep the hole area clean.
The food was really good, and they tried to make every mail different 👏
Then the diving, one of our reasons to be there.
The owners Fu and David run the dive school with great passion.
David was also our dive instructor. He is super relaxed,but doesn't miss anything what we did wrong 🫣or good😅
We couldn't wish for a better instructor ( Thanks).
Bunaken is a wonderful place for snorkling or diving

Such an amazing resort. Super clean, the service is really good, Vivi helped us alot and she is a really nice person that always smile.
Strategic location for snorkling and free diving. Just need to swim a bit and the water have so many beautiful corals. We rent a boat for a day and they prepared a lunch on the boat for us, also the snacks!
Was a really good experienced we have, we hope we will soon visit again the place :)

The Village Bunaken Resort is a tropical paradise. The stunning location, nestled in the heart of nature, is captivating. Although I haven't personally stayed there, the resort's reputation for its beautiful surroundings and friendly service is commendable. With its promise of a tranquil getaway and opportunities for exploration, it seems like an ideal choice for nature enthusiasts seeking a memorable escape.

Very nice resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great diving, boats are comfortable and equipment well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended

Nice cosy little resort. We walked around the island and this one was clearly the place where most care had been put into. Meals are healthy and copious. The small pool is plus. Great snorkeling with turtles 10 minutes by boat from the resort.

A most pleasant place to stay. Accommodation, facilities, staff, food and organization all very good. Access to snorkelling and diving spots easy. Surroundings peaceful n quiet - low season! Thank you, David n Fu, caring and attentive owners.

The Village Bunaken is a beautiful small boutique resort on Bunaken island run by Fu Yen and David, a super friendly and helpful couple. We travelled there with our daughters of 6 and 8 years. The food was amazing, the snorkelling and diving great (good gear, professional local dive master), and we loved the bungalows (well-maintained) and pool! You can easily walk to the village to meet the locals (20 min) and have drinks or dinner there if you wish.

Thank you for the wonderful time. We have enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is very relaxed and all wishes are fulfilled. The manager personally takes care of the well-being of all guests every day! A special praise for dealing with children. The care is very loving and can be used at any time. Our baby (6 months) was always in good hands and we were able to enjoy the underwater world without hesitation. The reef is a splash of color and there is no garbage. The best place to enjoy a vacation as a family.

A very good stay at The Village Bunaken! It is a nice small resort, and there were only 10 guests (included us). Staff were very friendly, and the diving facilities were good and very good organized. They helped us with everything, so we only need to get in the boat, and the staff took care for all our dive equipment. It was also a very clean, in the restaurant and our room as well. So for us only positive comments 😁

Great place to relax and explore the underwater world of Bunaken. Fu and the staff make you feel at home from the first second, offer delicious food and help you out with any requests. Hope to come back soon :)

In our opinion, The village Bunaken resort is perhaps the best location to stay on Bunaken. Very neat and clean rooms/houses, great breakfast, lunch and dinner (a different set menu every day) which tasted great every day. The swimming pool was also a great addition. The staff (including Bibi, Fu, David, Yorry (diving instructor), the singing kitchen maids and the cleaners) ensured that we had 4 wonderful days with them. What a great hotel with very good diving and snorkeling opportunities. The diving school was also perfect. Very skilled and yet nice and small. Lovely laid back well run resort and easy to access a beautful reef and drop off full of the best corals I've seen throughout Indonesia.

I just went there for a massage and loved it. They have a beautiful room for massage in a lovely setting. Recommended. 1hre massage = 250k.
