Superb food with affordable price. Nice place. Saung balong means house of fish pond. So while you're waiting for your food, you or your kids can do fishing. The menu was awesome, the grilled fish just superb, the crab and the highlight is salted egg shrimp 👍👍👍 highly recommended place to eat while you're in Pangandaran.

A saung (bamboo gazebo) beside a balong (fish pond). This place is located near Bojong Selawe fish auction place, so the produces they serve is always fresh.

Their best menu is Bandeng Cabut Duri or deboned bandeng fish. This fish took a lot of effort to deboned and they did it manually by hand. The taste is pretty exotic for me. The fat and the skin of the fish tasted fresh yet fatty and arromatic in some way. Definitely worth to try.
