Nedumbassery Police Station

Thanks a lot for reuniting me with my wallet. I misplaced my wallet with 6k in cash, my licence and my pancard in it on the last day of my trip to Kerala. By the time I realized my wallet was missing, I was already at the airport so I couldn't go searching for it. A few days after reaching home, I got a what's app message from someone at this Police station informing me that they had found my wallet. They were kind enough to courier the wallet to me along with all the documents and cash. Hats off to all the police officers who helped in reuniting me with my wallet. Police stations all across India should take a few lessons from Nedumbassery Police Station and what it means to serve the citizens :)

The Nedumbassery Police Station was inaugurated by the then Honourable Home Minister on Nineteenth October 2008.Today while I had gone to the International Air Port I managed to make a visit to this police station too. I had a chat with the Civil Police Officers on duty and told them that they are having very good facilities in the present building when compared to the good old days, to which they agreed. Prior to the beginning of this police station there was only one Out post near the Airport which was insufficient to meet the requirements of the management of the problems in the Airport.This Police Station is presently under the direct charge of a Circle Inspector who have already acquired sufficient experience in the proper management and discharge of the duties.Now that all the arrangements being made pucca as far as the Airport is concerned the police may not have to struggle much in the discharge of their duties and functions.
