Most unique and unusual place you'll ever come across at the further most part of Madhya Pradesh, at the Chattisgarh state border. The inside of this temple looks like a chausath yogini temple, which is circular in shape and this temple is ancient. It also has an underground part where the God/ Goddess idol is placed. Only for the people who like to explore to the core.

" Shri Yantra Mandir "
This is a a very unique temple with a four headed deity at the main entrance and then a circular temple inside. The lake and forest by the side add to the beauty of the place.
There are different forms of adi Shakti maa and the Garba griha has both Goddess Lakshmi and Saraswati with Lord Ganesha. Situated near Narmada mandir Amarkantak.
Must visit when in Amarkantak.

Would be Most beautiful Place of अमरकंठ
If completed

The place is closed forever, since the imaginator died before its completion

Its very sadful to hear it from localite

You can go to main gate where statues of 2 goddess is there, you can worship there and pay your devotion, thats all

You can see the entire structure from near by hill

I am sure it was imagine on Shree yantra which if completed could create a different world for devotees

A beautiful offbit place in the heart of greenery. The temple reminded me of the Angkor Wat style of architecture of Cambodia. There are different forms of adi Shakti maa and the Garba griha has both Goddess Lakshmi and Saraswati with Lord Ganesha. Situated few km from Narmada mandir Amarkantak.

Nice and unique temple. May be inspired from 64 yogini temple in Bhedaghat. Iconic temple of Amarkantak. However no one is allowed to enter in the main premises. Can be seen from hill outside.

📿 Shri Yantra Mandir 📿
The intricate entrance of The Sri Yantra Maha Meru Mandir is breathtakingly beautiful architectural wonder. Mandir is created in the middle of the Maikal, Satpura & Vindhya ranges at a height of 3500ft in Amarkantak.

The entrance of the temple has a huge sculpture with 4 heads with the faces of Goddess Laxmi, Saraswati, Kali & Bhuvaneshwari. Beneath them are finely sculpted figures of 64 yoginis or associates of the 4 Goddesses, 16 on each side.

The construction of the temple started in 1991. According to astrology, Guru Pushya is most auspicious for the formation of Nakshatra. That is why it is being made in this constellation.

Very Nice. but was not open when we visited. According to locals it is open for only 20-25 days a year (according to them it has been constructed for more than 20 years because it is opened in those 20 days only due to Belief in Some MUHRAT or something.)

This temple is designed on the basis of Shri Yantra, a revered figure in Hinduism. An amazing architecture with the most accurate geometric design of 9 isosceles triangles interlocked

Sri Yantra MandirĀ is being constructed by Acharya Mandaleshwar of the Attal Akhada Sri Swami Shukdevanadji in Amarkantak for many years now. The whole temple is in the shape of a colossal Sri-Yantra and is a geometric representation of the Primal Force, Maha Shakti. The worship of Sri Vidya is considered to be an evolved, elite and mysterious system of worship of the supreme power in the form of the Divine Mother as the beautiful goddess, Tripura Sundari or Empress Beauty of the three Worlds. The temple is being established in Amarkantak to maintain continuity of this tradition, to prevent any further loss in the preservation of knowledge as well as to research and re-establish the lost knowledge of this tradition.
