ساختمان جدید در میان باغات قرار دارد و در بهار نیز منظره ی زیبایی دارد.

عرض درود.خدمت دوستانی که قصد ورود به این دانشکده را دارند.این دانشکده دارای رشته های ژئوماتیک،عمران و ریاضیات در مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته و ناپیوسته و رشته های عمران اجرا و ساختمان در مقطع کاردانی می باشد.محیط دانشکده خوب است و ساختمان جدید الاحداث می باشد.دانشکده از لحاظ علمی در سطح نسبتا خوبی می باشد.دانشکده دارای خوابگاه می باشد،منتها در خارج از شهر و در روستای ساری تپه قرار گرفته است و محیط آن از نظر بنده زیاد جالب نیست و اکثر دانشجویان مجبور به گرفتن منزل در سطح شهر می شوند.بهترین مکان برای گرفتن خانه در حال حاضر شهرک میلاد می باشد که در نزدیکی دانشکده قرار گرفته است.دانشجویان شهرستانی برای رفتن به شهر مرند بهتر است که در ترمینال تبریز سوار اتوبوس های خوی شوند و سپس در ابتدای شهر مرند پیاده شوند و با گرفتن تاکسی وارد شهر شوند.زبان مردم این شهر ترکی می باشد و از لحاظ امکانات در سطح قابل قبولی است.شهر دارای جاذبه های گردشگری آنچنانی در مقایسه با تبریز نیست،ولی کسانی که علاقه مند به کوهنوردی باشند می توانند به کوه میشو و یومورو تپه صعود کرده و از مناظر زیبای آن لذت ببرند.

Marand is a city in the Central District of Marand County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran, and serves as capital of both the county and the district. At the 2006 census, its population was 114,165 in 29,755 households. The following census in 2011 counted 124,323 people in 35,805 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 130,825 people in 40,275 households. Marand is among the major cities of East Azerbaijan province.
