Really enjoyed staying at this guesthouse! Inga was very friendly and helpful, she gave us a lot of good ideas of things to do around the area and on our drive to Husavik. She also gave us a tour of her horse farm, which was delightful. I learned a lot of interesting things about Icelandic horses and their history. I also enjoyed meeting her dog, Isey! The room was big and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was included, there were several options that were brought to us and all were very good. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again!

Lovely guest house on a farm. The hospitality was amazing. Includes a great breakfast and a tour of the farm. There is a shared common room, 4 guest rooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable but I did find the sheets a bit itchy. I will recommend this spot to anyone travelling this side of Iceland.

Beautiful quiet stay at the foot of the mountain with the sea across the road. It's a great location between Höfn and Vestrahorn, and Inga is a great host. We slept very well, and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our time in Iceland. On top of it, we were given a tour of the farm, had enjoyable and informative conversations and were given good advice for places to visit. We will stay again on our next visit to Iceland!

We stayed there on Sept 25, 2017, for one night. Inga was amazing, and very accommodating. Her conversation and recommendations turned out to be great.
When we stayed we were the only couple in the guesthouse. There is a shared breakfast room, and several bathrooms with showers.
The room was warm, and clean. Inga has high standards and it shows.
The breakfast was, without question, the best we've had in Iceland. It is only a 5 minute drive from Hofn, the largest town in the area. The grounds include a farm with horses and sheep.
I would definitely stay again.

The farm was very good and the owner so nice. She showed us the animals and explained us a lot of things of Icealand. The bedroom was very clean, each bedroom has one bathroom. The breakfast was also good. The place is beautiful. I really recomend it!

Dynjandi Guesthouse is absolutely a cute & cozy stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here as a quick pit stop during our ten day trip. Not too far from Hofn, a small town with cute restaurants. The host Heidiss is really nice, accommodating and informative about the local issues and adventures. It is a good place for one-person or a couple, bedroom and bathroom is private and assigned only to you. Breakfast is provided, which we’ve enjoyed very much.

This was probably my favorite accommodation on our two week trip around Iceland. The room was crisp and clean with one shared bathroom and then a detached bathhouse that was wonderful, with toilets and showers. Inga was wonderful; a very warm and welcoming hostess. She was also very knowledge about the surrounding around and provided us with a list of things to see (with details) as we headed on our way. Breakfast was also amazing. A spread of bread, cheese, meat, jam, yogurt, and a breakfast cake with juice and coffee left us feeling very satisfied as we went off to tackle our day :) wish we could have stayed another night or two but we already had other accommodations booked. Would recommend Dynjandi Guesthouse to anyone staying in the area!

We had a great stay at Dynjandi Farm. Cosy rooms, very clean, with a stunning view to mountains and the ocean. When we arrived there were horses grazing in the front of the house - sooooo beautiful! The host showed us around the next morning and we could pet the horses and give the sheep some treats (the lambs were adorable!). We had a delicious breakfast with cake and received many sightseeing and travel advice at check out. That was - so far - the only place we stayed in Iceland where we received so much helpful advice and had so much contact with the host! So we can only recommend to stay here!

We have a marvelous stay at Inga's property.
True, the place is very simple, but this is the thing! you get to feel the real Icelandic life. Not only because of the accommodation, but mainly because Inga is something special. She will tell you a lot about the life in Iceland or anything else that you are interested in. Breakfast was also simple, but who needs more than that? Special surroundings and you can get a tour in the farm with Inga. Go there !!!

Due to wheather conditions (and a plane to catch) unfortunately we weren’t able to stay over. But the friendly lady understood and cancelled our bookings for free. Big thumbs up for that. We heard the accomodations were lovely though.
