Very good car rental, polite service and easy to pick up and drop off the car. Please prepare to pay with your credit card instead of the debit one. Got a discount for petrol from the Go Car Rental for pumping gas at N1 petrol station which is very close to their Reykjavik office.

Great company, great cars, great staff, good price! We have already had a great experience with Go Car rental, so we rented with them again in winter. Duster from GoCar is an ideal car on all winter roads we needed (ring road trip)!

Go Car rental already includes super collision damage waiver, gravel protection and theft protection in their rental prices. These are the insurances you’re gonna need the most in winter in Iceland. So in most of the cases, you basically don’t have to do anything additional with the insurance anymore.

Once again, we had a great and smooth experience with the rental from Go Car. They have an office located just a 5-minutes’ walk from the airport hall (right next to the Aurora airport hotel). No need to take expensive taxis or wait hours for a shuttle. We collected our car within 15 minutes, not waiting at all in their office. The staff just quickly explained to us some basic car rental rules and we were good to go.

The car itself was a great choice. We didn’t have a single problem with our Duster. We got everywhere we needed and everything worked just as it should have. We had a huge luggage suitcase which fit right into the car trunk and all our backpacks and food could easily be stored on back seats. Very pleasant car rental with Go Car!

We picked up the car here. Because of holidays, they just left the papers and keys in the car, unlocked. We had 0 issues along the way. The car was not new but reliable and in good condition, clean with full tank. Upon returning the car, we briefly check everything and again all went smoothly. They didn't even charge us for cleaning the car since we returned it a bit dirty from the road. Nice bonus was very friendly staff. We had a chat and coffee there. Thanks for a nice experience!

We were a group of six people, we rented a 7-seat Dacia Jogger. This was actually the first time a car rental service gave me the exact vehicle I booked for, extras included. Everything was great, from the booking process to the drop off. I really recommend them.

Everything was fine. There were no issues with renting car even though our flight was late and we had to change our pick up and return time. We always have fast response form their site.

Rented a car and got to drive all around the beautiful country of Iceland ! Go Car Rental attendants looked after us with excellent customer service and we felt secure with our trip. They also gave us excellent tips and specific rules on driving around their homeland. Will definitely pick this company again!

The best rental company. I've used Go Car Rental 4 times so far. They have the best prices, and they usually have extra discounts. Also, they give you a discount code with every booking you do.
Cars are in perfect condition, the staff is always smiley, friendly and really helpful. The have free pick up and drop off shuttle.

great place to rent a car for Iceland. We received a very nice, new SUV that was perfect for our travels. Pricing was competitve as well. We had ordered the GPS unit but since they could not provide this they upgraded us to the in car WiFi which is the way to go and so helpful! Return of the car was fast and easy too. highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about this company called up and received a car within an hour! Being 19 they offered young drivers which was a saviour only an extra 25 odd euros a day, great service and would use again, thanks for making my first experience in Iceland a great one sure saved a lot of money rather than on taxis and was able to do things I couldn't of dreamed of due to money being tight, Thank you.

Smooth rental process. New car as expected. Very flexible on the booking process. Since we are flying standby, they actually let us check in with flexible time. Which is super helpful!

Even though a smaller company compared to others like Blue Car Rental across the street, they provided good customer service, excellent communication, and 4x4 selection. Staff was eager and friendly. They were thorough in explaining the costs and the agreement. Less than a 5 minute walk outside of the airport. Would consider renting here again.

Rental process all went smoothly and brilliant customer service. Jan and Dave were very welcoming and gave brilliant advice/tips for checking road conditions and seeing the Northern lights. Highly recommend.

Rental was smooth and reasonably quick. Had to make a late change and there was no problem. Only bit of a problem was that the courtesy bus driver did not know where the Go Car Rental office was but the address provided to us was sufficient to get him there.
