Really convenient in every way. Walking to all the sights. Nice and useful kitchen (although the microwave/convection oven is complicated). Rooms comfortable and we loved the rain shower. Quick response time from host. Highly recommend.

Great hotel located a short walk away from the main town where shops and bars are. The Rooms were really nice and the kitchenette was well equipped.

If you're renting a car in Iceland there's also plenty of parking outside the hotel.

The place was really comfortable and clean. We reached late at midnight. And we had to call to get the pin. Someone responded happily and we got in easily.

Super friendly staff and very helpful as we needed to switch hotels on short notice (this hotel was our saviour).

Rooms are clean and big enough. Reasonable sized shower and bath plus a comfy bed.

Great location as well. You can literally walk to all the main attractions. Definitely would come again.

Loved the stay here. We had a little problem with the check in as our Card wasn‘t ready but help arrived within ten minutes. The room is gorgeous looking and the kitchen well equipped. Within a 5 minute walk you are in the Main Street of Reykjavik. Would definitely recommend this place. I

Loved staying at 105! Apartments are beautifully decorated with everything you need! Fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Toiletries smell amazing! A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but in a great location. Amazing coffee around the corner. Would stay here again and again!

We are so happy to have stayed here and almost gutted we didn’t stay longer! Reception staff lovely (after a super early inbound flight we were desperate for our rooms and they let us check in almost 3 hours early!), our room is compact but beautifully designed (feels like you walked into Pinterest) and very clean. Towels, shower gels, kitchen with utensils, everything you could potentially need! My personal favourite is the little alcove with a massive (!) bed which was also super comfortable to sleep in, quiet neighbourhood as well. Seriously so pleased, was our first hotel in our Iceland honeymoon round trip, so can only hope the other ones will live up to this!

Absolutely gorgeous lodging; would definitely stay here again. A few notes: checking in after-hours is easy EXCEPT that the instructions for how to do so in your check-in briefing email state that you should look for a white telephone. However, the telephone is black, and on the wall as you come in. We looked around for a good five or ten minutes trying to locate the elusive white phone before I finally spotted the black one blending in with the wall in the dim hall light. Other than that, the process was extremely smooth. The rooms are GORGEOUS. Such striking design work. The bathrooms are works of functional art and I hope someday to own a bathroom like that. Really lovely view of the church from our room, too, and free parking outside--so welcome after hunting for and paying for street parking elsewhere during the trip. We stayed in a few much more expensive hotels during our vacation and this was much cheaper but included more. Highly recommend!

This place is well thought out, from the communication from the first email after booking, the self checking-in service and the room itself.

I stayed in room 208 and although it was in the eaves of the roof it didn't feel compromised for space. There was a very large double bed, small kitchenette a table & chairs large enough to eat from, wardrobe and bathroom. The shower was probably the best I have ever come across.

The finish to these rooms were very high end and the fixtures and fittings were just superb, I really can not praise this hotel enough.

The hotel is perfectly placed for being in downtown Reykjavik and it even benefits from limited parking. The only downside I had was not in the control of the hotel and this was the rather loud screeching from girls who had obviously had far too much to drink. This was solved by closing the double glazed window which provided an excellent sound barrier.

If you have the chance to stay here, do!

Love the accommodation here! Super easy and fast check in! Free parking and close to everything! The room is beautifully designed and decorated. It includes a mini kitchen, equipped with a fridge, stovetop, pots and pans, dishes, dishwasher, sink, and water boiler! It also has free tea and coffee!

Couldn't be happier with my decision to stay at 105- A Townhouse Hotel during my stay in Iceland. Although we were a bit outside of the city centre; the location was great for getting in and out for our daily adventures, parking was free surrounding the hotel, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The room was small, but perfect for the 5 days we stayed. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The bathroom was awesome (aside from the mold smell - a result from the door frame intersecting into the shower). The only thing that bothered me was the near desolate common area. I really can't think of any reason anyone would want to be in that space. I would suggest adding a TV, some games, a ping pong table - other than this criticism-my stay was lovely.

Great little hotel, well situated within Reykjavík.
Very clean room which had a kitchenette with all the tools to cook any type of meal even though we ate out every day. Well seized walk-in shower which had shampoo, conditioner and body wash on hand and was better than what we brought along. Real coffee and milk is supplied plus a good selection of different teas.
Only down side was booking in and getting key card, all automated and no reception staff on site but they are only a phone call away which is located as you walk in but missed completely, would of been easier if hotel emailed or texted me code for key safe, but we eventually got there in the end.
Will definitely try and rebook this room when we visit next.

Great little boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood. The room was a little small, but come with a kitchenette that has everything you need including a dishwasher, mini fridge, and stovetop. The room was updated and very cute. The staff was helpful in every way.

The staff gave us a warm welcome. Our flight got in an hour early came and they were able to hold onto our luggage until the room was ready. The room itself was bigger than expected. Everything was super clean.

This place is lovely and homely. Rooms are a little on the small side but they are fully equipped. The dishwasher is a nice little touch too.
It's about a 5/10 minute walk from the town which is perfect. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay during your visit to Iceland. Beautifully decorated room with fully equipped kitchenette. The self check-in process was extremely hassle-free. Though there are no visible hotel staff, they are extremely helpful when called. Would love to stay here if we visit Iceland again!

We really enjoyed this hotel. They were baby friendly, it was quiet, and we were in a great location. You'll be walking distance to the downtown area, a wonderful park, and about 20 min to the mall. They did an excellent job tidying up or room and all the appliances in the kitchenette were brand new. We would defintely stay here again.

This little gem is definitely worth considering for your Reykjavik stay. The rooms are smaller, but about the same size as we found elsewhere. Everything works as expected and our room was clean and quiet. The big jar of fresh ground coffee and fancy press really hit the spot and having usb ports for powering our gadgets was helpful. If you're a light sleeper the darkening shades are welcome, although some of the light does creep in.

For the cost, the location is great, and you're a short walk from the main Laugavegur strip and the harbor (for your whale and puffin trips.) A huge plus is free parking, something that is in short supply in this compact city. We wanted to drive straight from the airport, spend a couple of days and hit the road, so a parking spot was needed. (Be careful to check the fine print for prices and availability of parking at the bigger hotels.)

Tips: Call or email and book direct, instead of using Expedia etc. The people are great to work with and you'll save some cash. You can save more if you pay in advance. Ask for a second floor room. They are bigger.

Only been here a day but first impressions are great. Nice room. Fully stocked kitchen if needed. Great location and the bus from the airport dropped us off right at the door.
