Mi dispiace segnalare la inesistente professionalita' delle persone interlocutrici di questa ditta. Nel mese di aprile abbiamo spedito una valigia di un nostro cliente e invece dei 3 gg lavorativi dichiarati per il recapito, e' stata consegnata dopo 7 giorni. Abbiamo chiamato, scritto e-mail (spedizione il 3 aprile e segnalato il disguido con richiesta di rimborso il giorno 13-04 piu' numerose telefonate) non ci e' stato dato alcun riscontro scritto e telefonico.
L'ultima e-mail il 19-06, a cui non abbiamo avuto risposta, ed oggi al telefono ci siamo sentiti rispondere che ormai e' passato troppo tempo e nn sanno niente.
