This hotel is amazing. Huge room and everyone is very nice. Several of my requests were resolved immediately. Examples: I left my phone charger, but they were able to give it to me at the reception. I worked for a long time that day, but I wanted to have dinner. The lady was very nice, she prepared a very delicious dinner for me at the agreed time. And many little things. I will definitely come back to vacation with my family.

Even though the visit to Canelli was more business than pleasure the stay at this hotel/resort made it seem more like a vacation. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well and ensured a very good night sleep. The room was spotless and cleaned daily very punctually. The breakfast is well appointed with anything you could possibly want. Healthly and quality foods were on hand. Three of the nights we stayed we stayed in for the evening to eat dinner. The menu provides for local dishes made with quality ingredients.

The property is located in a very scenic and quiet location even though it is located directly off the road into Canelli. Our room also had a very large balcony in which to enjoy the hills carpeted with vineyards. Truly a relaxing and uplifting view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information about the local sights and restaurants to visit. Our stay (almost two weeks) was without any problems whatsoever. We highly recommend this property to anybody visiting the area. A truly positive experience.

Fantastic place for relax. Great old house with fantastic history. Excellent, helpful serice with warm welcome. Beautiful, big and clean rooms. Comfortable bed, table to work, flat TV for evening news review. In room fridge everything you will find is fresh and healthy. In bar you can taste a lot of diffrent local wines and grappas. Breakfast is also delicious. Home made scramble eggs, fresh cheeses and sausages. You can also taste home made tartas and other not only chocolate bakes ;)
Outside there is a lot of place to sit and relax. There is also beautyful swimming pool with sunbeds and garden chairs.
You can come here by any type of car because on parking you will find also car charger.

They are very newly opened so it's not really cosy yet, but still 5/5 given the price point

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the personal is very friendly! The location of the hotel is perfect, near to a lot of cities! The breakfast is perfect with enough options to choose.

Such a wonderfull experience. Wish it was summer. Swimming pool would be another extra to al the goodness. Great service, great food, nice surroundings. Hope to come here another time on another project....

Siamo arrivati ieri nel pomeriggio io e il mio compagno , l’accoglienza è stata molto molto gradita e siamo rimasti super contenti fin da subito! La location spettacolare , un posto molto tranquillo che ti senti come a casa. Il personale super gentile , alla sera abbiamo cenato lì da loro , cibo molto buono e servizio eccezionale. La nostra stanza bellissima con balcone ampio e vista sulla piscina, la pulizia nella camera era perfetta niente da dire assolutamente ! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🫶

Bellissima struttura immersa nelle colline piemontesi. Piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite nei paesi limitrofi; personale attento alle richieste dei clienti.
Ottima la colazione dolce e salata; buffet molto assortito.
Il servizio di ristorazione offre cucina tipica piemontese con un tocco di innovazione; menù di qualità dall’antipasto al dolce tutto ottimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui con la famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il posto è bellissimo, tutto nuovo e molto curato, è una dimora storica ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i confort. Ogni stanza ha un design diverso. La posizione è strategica per visitare la zona. In mezzo alle colline piemontesi. Le stanze sono molto accoglienti, pulitissime e molto silenziose. Il letto era comodissimo. Il personale è molto professionale, disponibile e gentile. Cercano di accontentarti in ogni modo. C'è una piscina bellissima con lettini e ombrelloni. La colazione è stata fantastica, si può scegliere fra dolce e salato, una selezione di dolci fatti in casa, torte, crostata , strudel, cornetti, la famosa torta di nocciole, formaggi Piemontesi a km 0, anche al tartufo ,yogurt di capra, salumi ecc., tutto molto buono e presentato in maniera impeccabile. C'è anche un bar dove si possono gustare anche dei meravigliosi cocktail, vini di cantine selezionatissime. C'è un'ampia scelta di etichette. Il posto è molto bello e facile da raggiungere, ha un bel parcheggio ampio e chiuso. Si possono affittare le e-bike per fare delle escursioni nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo sia in famiglia che per affari.
