Recently opened (July 2018), Vigna del Borgo has taken over the expansive and atmospheric rooms and garden that L'Agape used to occupy. We turned up on a Tuesday evening without a reservation to eat, and soon nearly all the tables were occupied.

A delightful setting under ancient grape vines, an interesting menu presented some options to accompany the more expansive wine list that reflects the focus of the restaurant as also being a wine bar and place for aperitivi.

Our group of three ordered 3 secondi - each excellent in their own way, especially a special of the day consisting of a trio of meats smoked int the high tech smoker in the garden. A contoni of grilled vegetables and salsa was exceptional.

A great new place to spend some time in this gem of Umbria!

I highly recommend Vigna del Borgo! We had the Antipasto Della Vigna and several pasta dishes. All of the food was amazing! We arrived 10 minutes before they opened on accident, but were immediately welcomed inside and treated like family. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Good service and very tasty food. Recommended Prime rib grilled and Deep fried artichoke.

Love this place. Family run business and everyone gives you their full attention. The food was outstanding especially the fried artichokes and deep fried lamb chops. Reasonable prices.
Oh yeah. I almost forgot the best tiramisu in all of Italy made by an aunt. Wow.

Wonderful lunch in the garden, very friendly, helpful staff, lovely varied menu and most amazing food. Try the starter of tempura of fruit and vegetables and also mixed bruschette and crostini, also pasta dishes so nice. Italian menu with a difference made with very fresh local produce .

Top in all aspects ! Super gentle and good food good service ! Ambiance is amazing in this little town ! They speak English !!!! :)

Ambientazione piacevolissima e molto caratteristica! Abbiamo mangiato sotto la vigna, il personale gentilissimo e il cibo veramente buono! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Sono stata in questa location meravigliosa più volte negli anni. La scorsa settimana sono tornata per una cena e questa sera per un aperitivo. Ho assaggiato i fiori di zucca con parmigiano (squisiti) e la tartare da provare assolutamente. Incuriosita dai cocktail che ci hanno proposto la settimana scorsa sono tornata oggi per un aperitivo e devo complimentarmi per il Mojito ma soprattutto per il tagliere! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, continuerò a tornarci se si mantiene come ha fatto fino ad ora!

Lorenzo ci ha accolto in modo impeccabile, così come lo è il posto, immerso in un borgo splendido circondato da vigneti.
Cibo sensazionale, carni squisite e ottime selezioni anche di vini.
Qui puoi trovare antipasti, primi piatti, secondi e dolci autentici, con sapori autentici.

Location molto romantica, se volete colpire la Vs. metà portatela qui, che sia giorno o sera, il posto merita molto. La cucina, tipica del luogo, è molto buona le porzioni sopratutto per i tagliolini cacio e pepe al tartufo meriterebbero 20 gr di pasta in più comunque la qualità è buona.
Il personale è molto disponibile, attento e vigile. A riguardo i secondi non posso recensire perché non li ho assaggiati però sia il tagliere del norcino che i fiori di zucca meritano.
In sostanza è stato un ottimo pranzo. Prenotate pure che farete bella figura.

Ci stavamo dirigendo a Perugia quando abbiamo deciso di pranzare prima di giungere alla meta. Per fortuna abbiamo conosciuto questo posto. Pranzare sotto il pergolato è stato molto bello. Cucina tipica della tradizione umbra e di qualità. Consiglio di provare la cacio e pepe al tartufo.

Location ideale sotto un fresco pergolato nonostante i 33 gradi. Piatti particolari, davvero gustosi e molto ben presentati. Cortesia e premura rimarchevole da parte dei due giovani camerieri. Prezzo onestissimo. Molto consigliato.
