This was a great accommodation, I would highly recommend it. Excellent location, very very clean, quiet at night. spacious showers with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. breakfast was abundant, a very good value for the money. but the best thing is the personnel. Everybody was incredibly kind, warm and professional, always with a smile. they made restaurant reservations for us and gave us great recommendations for food and things to do. When my husband got sick during our stay they helped in any way possible, gave us food in the middle of the night, offered to help with going to the pharmacy, checked on us and provided a very caring environment. We have traveled a lot, and this is by far the most welcoming hotel we have ever visited, we have been truly impressed! I am looking forward to visit them again soon.

Great hotel! Spacious rooms, walkable distance to all major attractions and exceptional customer service. We’ve encountered an issue with electricity in the first room we got assigned, however the hotel staff provided a resolution very quickly and swapped our rooms. They were apologetic and understanding of our needs as well. Whilst nobody likes it when things go wrong, the customer service has been very good. Thank you!

As it was my first time to stay in Trapani l booked a hotel via Roc's travel agent in Malta , and l must say it was the best choice l made . The hotel is situated near the train and bus stations , that was very convenient, the Hotel staff is friendly and helpful , l was impressed by the cleanliness everywhere , very peaceful no noises , l will recommend this hotel to all the people who likes good breakfast, rooms and public areas clean and kind and friendly staff . Reception are professional people. Love to all from my wife Mary and me Charlie.

It is an amazing hotel! Very clean, rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable- the shower is very spacious and large.
Michaela and marco at the reception were very kind and patient and helped us throught our stay.
The location was great, just a couple minutes from all the restaurants and shops. We reccomend you to book the hotel through bb-hotels for a better price.

Hotel in ottima posizione, sono stato ad un congresso è devo dire che l'hotel ha ampi spazi in un ambiente nuovo e moderno.
Colazione molto ricca, buono il caffè e i succhi alla frutta dei dosatori automatici, prodotti di buona qualità come il brie da mettere nel pane caldo appena sfornato, muffin e torta alla mela buonissimi. La mia camera era dotata di tutti i comfort, riscaldamento, cassaforte,
asciugacapelli, cassaforte di sicurezza, dosatori sempre disponibili con un profumatissimo doccia/shampoo. lo consiglio vivamente

Siamo stati 2 giorni in questo hotel, scelto come punto di riferimento per girare trapani e dintorni. Personale cordiale e simpatico stanze ampie e confortevoli e materassi top. Grazie a Tommaso , il ragazzo delle colazione che simpaticamente ha anche intrattenuto i miei bimbi. Suggerirò questo hotel sicuramente.

Esperienza più che positiva come sempre quando alloggi in un B&B hotels, abbiamo avuto un ottima accoglienza direttamente dai gestori Salvatore e Daniele, persone squisite e professionali. Io vado spesso a Trapani per lavoro e sicuramente da adesso sarà il mio punto di riferimento. Colazione altrettanto ottima e abbondante come sempre. A presto!!

Albergo vicinissimo a via Fardella( la via principale di Trapani) e alla spiaggia.
Camere super confortevoli, finestre meravigliose e colazione da urlo.
Esperienza da ripetere al più presto.

Hotel pulito, ottima accoglienza, colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità, vicinissimo al corso principale, personale molto gentile e professionale, ottima posizione per visitare la città o per imbarcarsi per le isole, per me il top.

Sono stata a Trapani per qualche giorno, ed ho soggiornato al Crystal ,che dire ..camere comode, pulite ,funzionali e personale gentilissimo, se dovessi ritornare ,lo sceglierei nuovamente, del resto si torna sempre dove si è stati bene

Posto pulito ed elegante, personale attento e cortese pronto a venire incontro ad ogni necessità... consigliatissimo

Camera e bagno spaziosi, pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliera, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovare anche il parcheggio auto negli stalli gratuiti. Qualità/prezzo molto buona.
