We had dinner prepared by chef Liliana and wine tasting. Everything was perfect, the people, the food and the wine! I highly recommend!! I would like also to thank Vito who contributed for this perfect dinner.

What an unforgettable day hosted by Lilliana and Vincenzo, two young people with the vision and spirit to revive a centuries old vineyard. After a comprehensive tour of the charming old building and grounds, we were treated to an amazing feast of Sicilian delicacies, all tasting so fresh and delicious. It was an afternoon I will long remember! Grazie Mille!

Lilliana and Vincenzo are amazing! We had an incredible time touring the winery and had a spectacular lunch made with all their farmed local products. Real authentic Sicilian cuisine from two awesome folks.

The best wine tour we have ever done! Lilianna and Vincenzso were fantastic welcoming hosts showing us round their organic vineyards and baigo. The wine was beautiful, the food was the BEST we have eaten in sicily. Lilliana is a fantastic cook ( looking forward to her cook book!). Chatting about sicillian food, wine, life and family was the highlight of our sicillian holiday. I can't recommend this highly enough!

Best of the best wine tour we ever had! You have to come here to see the passion with which Vincenzo talks about grapes and wine production. The area where grapes are grown is beautiful and the house is amazing traditional Italian style. You can experience here great Sicilian hospitality. We really enjoyed our wine bags. In such a funny way we tried a wine from each tank:) After visiting the winery we tried 5 Adamo wines. We both like white wine but couldn't decide which was ours favorite. Grillo, Cataraatto, and Zibibbo are the best choice so just buy all of them! Here we have to thanks chef Vito for the best food we have tried so far in Sicily. Traditional Sicilian snacks tasted so delicious but the real star was Pasta Alla Norma. This food makes you happy:) Great people, food, and wine are all you need so don't leave Sicily without visiting this place. Highly recommended. Joanna&Marek

Amazing wine tasting & vineyard tour. Vincenzo & Liliana were fantastic hosts. Liliana cooked a Sicilian feast (there were four of us but enough food for twice as many) and we chatted over the delicious wine. We arrived at 6pm and left almost 6 hours later! The best wine tour we have ever done. Molto molto bene!!

Excellent cooking class and Lilliana was so kind. We really would love to visit again and enjoy a tour of the winery too. Highly recommend a visit to Baglio Florio when in the area.

My family and I (a group of 10) did a full day cooking class here. Vincenzo and Liliana were wonderful hosts and took their time discussing the history of the winery and property and then we got involved in cooking some delicious dishes! Liliana and their staff member Vito were very patient especially with our children when it came to preparing food. It was a very authentic, fun and delicious experience!

Great people, marvelous place and tasty food. My wife and I went to the vineyard on a rainy day but we spent an unforgettable few hours there. We were able to visit the property, wineries and had great chat with Vincenzo at a full table of food. If you do not have your own transport, getting from palermo is very easy by bus.

My wife and I did a full day cooking class here, and it was one of the most fun and genuine cooking classes we’ve ever done. The hostess and owner, Liliana, was such a delight and a perfect ambassador for the local Sicilian culture. We felt very privileged to share in her family’s recipes. The structure where the class is held is a piece of history, having been built by the famous Florio family, and worth a visit by itself. And their delicious wine flows freely! We strongly recommend taking a trip out to this baglio, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous experience having lunch here with Country Walkers! Vincenzo and Lilliana (and their daughters!) were fantastic hosts and all of the food was prepared perfectly- wonderful variety of fresh dishes and the cannolis at the end were a delicious surprise. Their homemade olive oil was 10/10, unlike anything I have ever tasted, and exception wines too! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area- an authentic Sicilian experience not to be missed!

We had the great pleasure of a cooking class with Liliana and Vito! We've learned about specific Sicilian recipes and the winery and oil making at Adamo. Liliana showed us all the beautiful details of the property. We experienced an enormous hospitality and felt really really welcome at Adamo's. Our children (8 and 4 years old) had the best afternoon as well. They joined the cooking class (made their own pasta and bruschetta!), played at the courtyard with the very sweet daughter of Liliana and tasted the wonderful dishes we have prepared together. To me, it was a perfect final evening of our holiday and I would definitely recommend to visit Adamo and specially to follow the cooking class of Liliana and Vito.

That was exacly what we were looking for ! Beautiful baglio with a big history of winemaking and olive production! The owner show us around despite the fact that we arrived late at afternoon , after high season! 🧡

Hosts were really amazing! The trip around the winery with the owner was really inspiring and informative. We had the opportunity to see and try a lot of grape varieties, as well as try wines made from them. The food prepared by Lilliana (co-owner) was really delicious, true Sicilian family cousine. We’ve spend great time there, and can surely recommend it to every single food and wine lover.

We had the most fantastic time with Vincenzo, Liliana and their family. It started with a tour of the Bio, the history of the Florio and Adamo families, and the old production methods for wine and Marsala. Then Vincenzo took us for a tour of the vineyards and the farms. After this, we sat and ate a beautiful Sicilian meal with fabulous ingredients (aubergines, tomatoes, peppers from their farm, meats from their friends, all local produce). Liliana and Vito put on a feast (more than our group of 6ft males could eat!) including homemade pasta, aubergine involtini, caponata, pepperonata, Salsicia, Cannoli…. and all paired with BEAUTIFUL Adamo wine. It was an absolute privilege to eat with their family, enjoy their company, and we had such a laugh with them. It was incredible. They are beautiful people, a wonderful family, and I wish that everyone has the opportunity to meet them. Thank you Vincenzo and Liliana. I’ll remember this forever.

We had an excellent wine tasting experience along with delicious food at Adamo Bio. Lilliana & Vincenzo are truly dedicated organic farmers and winemakers and gracious hosts! I loved all their wines, but especially their Grillo and Catarratto. Well-made and balanced. By all means, visit if you can!

That was amazing experience! Highly recommended. The owners of this place make everything with heart. Wines and all the dishes were so tasty. Olive oil has unspectable taste, the best I had ever try. And the atmosphere is really familiar, for sure ckceck this out to buy some products or just for amazing experience with degustation!

Absolutely fantastic place! The Owner Vincenzo is an exteremaly enthusiastic person who with passion can tell about vine, Sicilian food and local tradiction. Organic Adamo vine is deliciuos!

Posto incantevole dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Liliana e Vincenzo hanno mantenuto intatto il fascino di un baglio dove si respira in ogni angolo la storia della Sicilia di fine 1800.
Cibo ottimo, abbondante e, cosa più importante, tutto legato alla tradizione.
Liliana non è solo un ottima cuoca, grande attenzione ai particolari è super gestione di tutto lo staff. I ragazzi hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta sempre con un sorriso...eccezionali.
I vini, prodotti da Vincenzo, davvero ottimi. Molti dei miei invitati non hanno potuto fare a meno di comprare qualche bottiglia prima di andar via.
Giornata indimenticabile.
