HERMĒS Lugano

The best Hermès boutique I have ever visited. Super nice SA's, who take their time and advise you very well on what fits and what doesn't. You can take your time and look at and try out everything without stress. My SA also checked the stock to see if there were any other colors available. There was no stress, even though there were other customers in the store. They offered you something to drink and made you feel at home. It was a wonderful experience shopping here. I will gladly come back again. Thank you very much ❤

I’m glad my first Hermes purchase was in this store in Lugano. Young male associate was very nice and helpful. I visited during busy summer season, but on Monday on later afternoon it was very quiet and comfortable.

On 3rd of may 2023 we have been to this store. We were greeted by Lucy Lu. The service that was provided by her was excellent. She helped us with what we needed very quickly. She made our purchases of several items super and helpful. Thank you very much Lucy Lu.

Wonderful Hermes store in the centre of Lugano. The staff is very friendly and they always have a beautiful selection of the collection. All the staff if very friendly, especially Assunta and Onda which really took care of me and my husband each time we go. I definitely recommend this store also because it’s not very busy and you will get the attention you deserve

I have shopped different Hermes shops in different parts of the world but never I had such Pleasant experience in any other Hermes shops. We visited this shop last April , Madam Diana was the sweetest lady and so so patient with me and my son Andrew.
The store manager the unfortunately I have forgotten her name came out and help us a lot to make decisions they even state open 40 minutes after the store hours to help us.
They all made the experience fun and joyful. The crew in that shop made Me and my son feel like family.

We arrived in beautiful Lugano and headed to the Hermès store 😍 and met Gabrielle now i understand why the store has good reviews the consummate professional and a great personality he took time to talk and help pick out some things and gave us a good history lesson about the Bolide my wife had recently bought in Canada the whole staff were friendly and welcoming its a great place to shop and talk and the store is well decorated thank you for the time spent with you Gabrielle we are not your regulars but you treated us so well .

A joyful shopping experience

Meine Frau wollte ein Kelly Gürtel haben, was leider in der ganzen Schweiz gemäss den Angaben der Webseite nur in Lugano verfügbar war.
Also bin ich kurz vor Weihnachten (23.12.23) extra von Zürich nach Lugano gefahren. Ich wurde von einer netten Dame, die mit mir Deutsch gesprochen hat, bedient.

Ich würde zwar gerne wieder schreiben, aber die Tagesreise kann ich nicht empfehlen :) Aber was ich empfehlen kann, ist ein Besuch im Store.

Der Service war überragend. Wir wurden äußerst herzlichen empfangen und sogar der Hund durfte mit rein kommen. Er hat trinken bekommen und hat sich riesig gefreut. Generell war der Besuch sehr gut. Die Dame hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns auch erklärt woher gewisse Muster und Stile kommen. Es war ein schöner Besuch, leider haben wir keine Karte der Dame, die uns so freundlich geholfen hat. Evtl. Ist es möglich, dass uns der Name bzw. eine Karte zugeschickt wird? Nochmals vielen Dank für die Zeit, bis zum nächsten Mal.

La migliore boutique Hermes che io abbia mai visitato e nella quale torneremo prestissimo, situata in una città stupenda!
