Villa La Pieve

Our family group of twelve enjoyed a comfortable stay at La Pieve at the end of August 2018. Our host Michele and his parents were very welcoming and attentive. Indeed, Michele's father arrived with two bags full of beautiful home produce from his kitchen garden on the evening of our arrival. The house is set in beautiful hilly countryside with stunning views across to the bustling town of Sarnano with the Sibillini mountains in the background. It has a really nice swimming pool in lovely gardens with many facilities for games and sport; badminton, ping pong, table footy and even a gym. Very rural but, equally, close by, there was a well-stocked convenience store, a garage and a bar with good coffee and cakes. Gualdo is a pretty hilltop village and Sarnano has everything one needs in the way of restaurants, a bustling market on Thursdays, and a beautiful 'centro storico' where there are often musical evenings and festas. A very beautiful part of Italy and well worth a visit.

Villa incantevole con panorama stupendo! Villa grande, accogliente e super accessoriata. Vi abbiamo appena trascorso un week end, in due famiglie e siamo stati benissimo. Dotata di piscina, biliardo, biliardino, ampie camere con bagni, salone e tanti spazi esterni organizzati sia per il relax che per il divertimento. Michele si è reso, già dal preliminare contatto telefonico, subito disponibile e l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza dimostrata, sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno, hanno confermato un servizio ed una gentilezza eccellenti. Consigliatissimo!!

Preis-/ Leistungsverhälnis ist echt super. Nicht alles im perfekten Zustand, aber wer braucht das schon. Super Aussicht von der Terasse und schön abgelegen. Michele ist ein Engel.
