My first time visiting Dr. Mcleggan’s office today. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist when I arrived & my hygienist, Danielle was excellent at her job, very sweet and personable. During my cleaning, Dr. Mcleggan checked in before my exam to introduce himself. Such a lovely man, caring beside manner and a great sense of humour. One of the best dentist experiences I’ve had. The bonus…. my chair had a view of the Caribbean sea, can’t top that! I’m a lifetime patient now. Thank you to the entire team for your exemplary customer/patient service !!

Excellent customer service. Dr Mcleggan is terrific with his work and has an amazing personality! He makes any procedure easy and pain free. I 100% recommend.

I had my cleaning done on Thursday April 27th and from the moment I walked in the office I was greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionist. When it was time to go in, the staff greeted me with a smile once more and the service was awesome. Dr. Mcleggan came and examined my teeth and does it with such comfort. My experience was more than extraordinary, and the best service I could have asked for. I had a surgical appointment to remove one of my four wisdom teeth, which was very difficult since it was so young and significantly twisted under the root, pushing against my next tooth. Dr. Mcleggan, on the other hand, ensured that I received the finest care possible by making me laugh and providing comfort in the form of diversion. This made me feel much more at ease and assured me that I was in good care. Dr. Mcleggan and his team make sure that my health comes first, then money. During the epidemic, my family was unable to supply all the funds at once, and they were gracious enough to advise us to obtain my medication first, as it was more vital for the pain, and then pay them later. Now tell me, which other dentist’s office would ever provide you with such a service? My heart will always go out to them. They are the first and, I believe, the only Dentist’s office that called me every day after the operation to see how I was doing if the pain levels were okay, and if I was starting to eat soft foods. This indeed went on for a couple of weeks and I can never forget the way they treated me, with love. Now that's the kind of relationship we all deserve. So, what are you waiting for? My name is Mishell Myrie. I was scared of sitting in a dentist chair due to an experience 2 weeks ago. Today I visited Dr David McLeggan's (dentist) office in Negril. The staff is very accommodating. I did a filling and minor surgery for an extraction and my experience was smooth sailing and comfortable. The doctor and assistant (Amanda) made the procedure seem effortless as they talked me through the entire process. Thank you very much. I appreciate your service today. We called late Thursday afternoon for some bad tooth pain and was able to get scheduled for Monday. The office girl knew I was in a lot of pain so she called Dr. McLaggen who was on his way to MoBay. He immediately called in 3 prescriptions to a local pharmacy. The girl in the office had us call once we picked it up, she went over the medication and asked us to call back in 2 hours and report how I was feeling. She asked to report back the next day too. I'm so impressed with the extra attention and outstanding customer service and I haven't even seen the doctor yet! I'm feeling so much more comfortable. Thanks for the great customer service. An emergency tooth issue is not what you expect on vacation but these people have your back! They came highly recommended from 3 trusted sources and so far I'm beyond impressed!

I have been going to Dr. McLeggan for over 10 years and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The care I receive makes me want to go to the dentist every week. As a person who aspires to go into the medical field I can have a conversation with Doctor or any of his staff about my treatment plan or general oral hygiene questions.
