What is transpiring at this location, no one is able to provide me with any clear details in order to close my account the bank manager that is on duty needs to check with a customer service clerk to see if a service is available. The person at B1 instructed me to return at 830 and and I told her that I would arrive at noon and now I am being told that I need to wait to have my account reactivated. This is place is so backwards. I hope all these unnecessary challenges that we are placed through will be return to the individuals that did not really try to assist. Bless your hearts.
