I don't usually leave reviews but I definitely have to let the world know how Gabbriel was there for me throughout the most difficult time ever; my Mom's passing. Gabbriel responds promptly to messages & returns calls in a timely manner. She would also ensure you're completely satisfied with a design or concept before submitting it as a final draft to print/post. She felt more like a family member who was helping me to plan my Mom's funeral. Thank you again, Gabbriel & the entire Delapenha's family for being there & taking care of Mommy B for us! Top notch customer service!!!

Very thorough and professional service during a difficult time. Communication was easy, family wishes were fulfilled. Gabby was courteous, efficient, and empathetic.

This was my first time planning a funeral and I will say deciding to use Delapenha’s was the best decision I made, the entire process was seamless especially for a person who was not familiar with all that needed to be done. They have a wide range of packages that make it easy for families regardless of their financial capabilities!. The package I chose had 100 buttons and when I requested an additional 200 they were ready literally the next day! Communication was very easy, I didn’t have to visit the home more than 2 times and even that I didn’t need to do. The staff made it so easy knowing the level of stress families are under!
And for me the part I was most worried about was how my mom would look for the casket viewing, so worried that I visited the home two days before just to make sure she looked good and honestly I was blown away, the makeup looked amazing, I was honestly shocked at how good she looked! My moms favorite color is red and that’s the color we decided on for the theme, to my surprise they went ahead and added the color to the inside of the casket and to her outfit! Delapenha’s is definitely the best in the business! 10/10

They took care of every detail and kept us all fully informed of every step of the process. They were available for us always with a reassuring smile. Delapenha's was absolutely amazing, so kind, gentle and caring during a very sad time in our lives. They truly listened to the little details we wanted to help express our love to our mom. Never rushing us even though there were time constraints. They literally treated us as family. Delapenha's brought comfort and compassion to our entire family at a very difficult time. Not only were they professional and handled all aspects of the arrangement very beautifully. But they go above and beyond to ensure that final send off is stress free for the family, and will work with your budget. Their service is impeccable and I am so happy that we chose to use their services.

The team at Delapenha's Funeral Home in Brown's Town was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very attentive to the needs of the family and did a beautiful job preparing our 101 year old aunt to be laid to rest. I loved how communicative and flexible they were as we worked through the process and it did not matter that they had to travel across the island to make it happen. They removed the stress from what could have been a very stressful situation. The entire team, from the office staff, the carpenters, drivers and management did an amazing job for my family. I highly recommend them!!!
