Some of the doctors are warm and friendly not the new ones though and not all if the original ones either. The front desk personnel's there services sucks, they know nothing about good customer service.

Receptionist = poor customer service. The doctors are good, to be honest. But those so-called receptionists need to replace ASAP.

Over crowded as a result of poor planning, came her at 11 only to be told appointments get 1st preference even though I got no. 22, it's now 4pm and still being told 7 more people before me. So if it was a matter of death or urgency this is not the place to go...
