Precision is the place to be FULL STOP!!! I remember going there to ave an ultrasound sound on my belly n while doing it all I could hear the doc say was JESUS, she told me I have to go to the emergency room n yes I did n I had emergency surgery that say evening. If it wasn't for the doc doing the ultrasound I would be dead. The staff there is friendly n the atmosphere is so clean n fresh. I'm recommending everyone who ave an imaging to do to visit PRECISION!!

I highly recommend Precision Imaging. It's the only place in the world I will ever do my mammogram. I was told about Miss Donnet Hyman's gentle touch and I proved it for myself. She is very professional and gentle. She explained everything to me and alleviated my anxiety. She knows what she is doing. Ladies I told her I would be an advocate to others to get screened and here I am. Ask for her when you go there, you will not be disappointed. She is the best!

They were very accommodating at a time when I was wrought with anxiety .... Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was comfortable both physically and emotionally by the time they started the procedure. I'm making the recommendation to all my family and friends.

The staff were very polite and they were also efficient. There was also water and coffee available for patients to have complimentary. I want to specifically highlight Ariane who did my mammogram for me. She communicated with me throughout the prices and she made my comfort a priority. Overall the service was great. I would highly recommend them.

Read the reviews and was a little anxious. However when the second Front desk person came, she immediately came to attend to the clients who were waiting for their appointments. She was pleasant enough. Ms. Campbell the person who did my procedure was warm, pleasant and accommodating. She made me very comfortable and I truly appreciated that. On finishing, she topped off my visit with a granola bar. Thanks guys for the service

I have been going there for yrs , the drs and inside staff the best , front desk staff were ok , I wouldn’t say they were excellent but I would not call them rude , they could be a little friendlier

Poor customer service from front desk staff.

Only one member of admin staff was respectful and courteous. I had an appointment and waited over one hour before even being registered despite the fact the place was practically empty. Two young ladies at front desk were very busy chatting and laughing away though.
