Private residential area. Good security. Located about 1 mile from Negril. Serene, well ordered housing. Well maintained pool area and beautiful private beach. We were visiting friends who own a house there. The pool area just had a few people there so no problem finding beds or chairs . There is a shop. The sea area is a marine reserve so I suspect it would be a very good area for snorkelling. Only 5 stars for location because there is nothing else in the immediate area - the main Negril 7 mile beach is about 2 miles away andt he town centre is about 8 miles.
