Rude. Wish I could give them a zero especially the security guard and many of the staff. The female supervisor is also trash. The customer service is trash. They don't treat people with respect or dignity. How those people still have work is just a testament that companies love to award mediocrity.

I have been with internet for over three months now and every I get a bill and all I can hear is outage in the area and no resolution.Flow is a big company and they need to do better so people urgent issues don’t get lost in the system.

Poor customer service. The internet service is okay but everytime I visit Spanish Town store I get a headache with the long wait and the customer service agents behave like clients are begging to use their service. It is very off putting.

The how make up is a sham the staff seem to be trained in redirecting your questions an issues rather thsn solving them.
