Great customer rep

Good customer service but the office is a bit dated in it's setup.

Long lines

They are not organised and I saw cases where a people just come to go in the tax office and they don't join a line and they just walk up to the door and called the person name that work in side and they tell them to come inside,it's a friend thing!!! Most time they aren't civil works but they lied just to get through

Worst experience at this location I came ere multiple times to collect my trn card and the security at the door keeps telling to go stand in the sun mind you it’s being years I haven’t received my card ,and I need to go do my business before going back to the states and if I don’t receive my card am going to higher ups because I need it urgently…you guys need to better organize your facility this is yet the worst experience ever I had to go through..I was also calling the land line and no one is answering the phone…people have stuff do unlike you guys we of to be out ere in the hot sun…you guys need to fix this situation!

Wasted my time going there. Stand for 3 hrs this morning in the sun, then stand a next hour in the office; only for them to tell me my name on my receipt need to be in a different format. They are slow, disorganized, customer service is very very poor and they also let in several persons at the side door that clearly mark exit, by doing this the 10 customers that they said is the maximum persons allowed at customer service line is always at the max; so it takes for ever to get through. Also they have several cashiers sitting doing absolutely nothing or their personal business while a crowd of people young and old in the boiling sun. They also don't have a number system, so people push their way to the front of the line.

They circumvent the process of waiting in line by letting persons through the side doors. Waste of time the system there is rotten

If there were an option for 0 star that would definitely be the option I choose. The highest height of unprofessionalism and corruption is so evident there.

Trashy and rude staff and nobody ever answers the phone number that is listed.
