Annotto Bay Tax Office

I am broken-hearted to learn that the very best TAJ office in Jamaica (without apology) had to close its doors. Wherever I am in Jamaica, I travel there for the efficiency of service, excellent customer-centric approach and the obvious value they place on time-efficiency. I have never experienced the Annotto Bay standard at any other TAJ office ever!!! How can you close the best thing you have going and have those inefficient, time-consuming ones still wasting people’s time?!! You are sadly missed, Annotto Bay, and hats off to the staff.

My husband and I went to the Annotto Bay tax office to conduct some business on Friday April 23,2021 for lost documents. Talk about exemplary customer service!!! The service we received from all staff members we encountered was great even the security and the personnel at the door. However, the service we received from Ms. A. Crosdale and Ms. G. Byfield was far from exceptional. Kudos to you ladies, continue doing the great job you are doing. This is not a service that I would normally receive from other tax offices I have encountered or any government agencies for that matter. These two ladies assisted my husband so well, in getting information, getting documents, even when we left for another agency to get a needed supporting document. Ms. Byfield followed up right to the very end of the processes and for that level of service which is almost extinct in Jamaica, my family and I are most grateful. These ladies and the staff at Annotto Tax Office needs to be recognized for their excellent customer service. Thank you all!! Keep up the great work.

Location is excellent. Right in the center of the town across from the police station. Excellent service
